Best place hotel location

Cocroach inside the room. Room cigarette smell. Mattress quality very poor. Water very slow.

Quiet and peaceful location

1. Not allowed check-in at 2 coz room not ready. Was asked to check-in at 4pm with no compensation. 2. The room was sandy all over and dusty. 3. Bed sheets and towels had significant stains on them.

Strategic location, Big room

The Malay female staff is not friendly with customers and when I asked her about the payment she answered my question with an annoying face and just looked at the computer while watching netflix or music on YouTube (this kind of behavior has a very bad effect on the company and the guests). this is my second time staying at suns in hotel. The first time I sat there, the male staff was very kind and friendly with the guests. thumbs up but the female staff has to change their annoying behavior and face.

Very dirty room... Not comfortable bed... No bath soap. Toilet seat broken. In the room got small cockroach.

I like only staff communication with us.

Facilities is bad without lift...room smelly and beds not clean

Cheap and okay for bag packer or for who just want a place to sleep.

The ‘door lock’ hard to unlock without getting my finger injured.please change lock system

- Very dirty and smelly bed sheets- bed sheets and bed covers obviously were not washed because of smell and stains- bathroom sink would leak when you use it-had cockroach-bed was painful at my back because of the springs- hot water at the lobby was broken

WHen you enter lobby area, you can smell unpleasent odour, carpet at stair super dirty, used bed sheet on floor , on stair, no tv channel, lot of improvement needed. but the location is good, except for parking.

the staff is good

first & foremost im the one who is hard to complaint. I know the price is for a budget hotel and there will be a lot of accommodation that wont be there. but un term of the cleanliness of the HOTEL & ROOM, i never saw the worst than this. see the picture i shared & make a conclusion yourself.i found this only in the morning after i woke up. the hotel also is so dirty. for your information this hotel are not located near melaka city yet with price u pay, its better for you to have a night in 7 eleventhe next day i change hotel located inside melaka city near jonker street for extra RM10 only and its 100x better. i know its a cheap hotel but please make to check your bedsheet and clean it properly. i hope the hotel management saw this. PLEASE CHECK THE PICTURE SHARED AND YOU WONT EVER DARE TO USE THIS HOTEL

The bad smell. The floor was not clean. The bed was uncomfortable.

The WiFi connection is so slow. The bathroom door almost falling down.

Parking space

The room is not well maintained, there was mold on the wall and there was no sufficient lighting in the room. The room has a very strong bad smell.The bedsheet, towel and pillow case has some stains on them. TV not working There was no water supply the after 10am the next day.

Attentive midnight shift staff.

Poor room quality, leaking everywhere in the hotel.Dirty bedsheets and no kettle were provided in the room (only regular water jug).No towel, not worth the price as the price is not considered as "budget"Small room with weird arrangement, cannot even watch tv from bed ??‍♀️

staff is so nice. he let me know first about the room condition but i have no choice since i arrived already late. bathroom is clean. location also strategic.
