It was extremely rundown… Antiquated… I booked a package that included the waterpark tickets… They told us we were not getting those water tickets, and that several of the attractions at the waterpark were closed. The place felt so hot, disgusting and dirty that we ended up, just leaving and finding a new place to stay.

The pool was good for the kids.

1. The breakfast was bad with limited options. The taste of the food was not too great.2. The bathroom in the villa was poorly maintained. We have stayed in better places with the price we paid. The management can do better!

The room is fine, clean and bed is comfortable Breakfast is poor, not healthy food.

The resort need to be upkeep , especially the rood to the villa.

A disappointing stay due to poor room conditions, safety concerns, and unexpected renovation noise.

The bed was extremely firm. It was so hard to the point of disrupting sleep. More concerning was the condition of the wooden headboard, which was partially broken. Pieces of wood were protruding, posing a potential risk of splinters or injury. Additionally, the floor skirting and wooden flooring had several loose and uneven panels. In some areas, the wood was protruding, creating a tripping hazard. These maintenance issues are not only inconvenient but also present serious safety concerns that should be addressed immediately.Furthermore, the sofa in the room was in extremely poor condition. It appeared very old and worn, with sagging cushions and fabric that had clearly seen better days. The condition was so uncomfortable that sitting on the floor felt like a more suitable option. This piece of furniture is well past its usable lifespan and should be replaced.Our overall experience was negatively impacted by ongoing renovations during our stay. Construction work was taking place on the floor above, and the noise was disruptive throughout the day.At no point prior to or during check-in were we informed that renovations were taking place, which we found disappointing. Had we been made aware in advance, we might have reconsidered the booking or requested a different room placement. Transparency about such disturbances is essential for guest satisfaction.The safety hazards in the room, combined with the renovation disturbance and poor condition of furniture, made it unsuitable for a relaxing family stay, particularly with young children.At this time, I would not recommend this property.

The villa was Ok.

Location for the facilities for example to have breakfast I need to drive around 3 Km from the villa to the club house, besides the location of the villa quite far and mostbof the house nearest was emptied and at night it is quites scary because everything was verybfar. The staff at the counter also quite rude when talking with the customer. During booking i texted the resort and ask about the shuttle and they said they do have that, when i ask the receptionist she said that they dont have shuttle but after i showed the text message she change her words and said they do have the shuttle but i have to make sure that I dont have cars park at the villa, otherwise the shuttle driver will be mad she said. The housekeeping also did not do their work, they call me at 4 pm to check wether i want the housekeeping or not.

The staff at reception was very rude and not giving the best service, which falsely stated the block number for room booked and didn't inform info about events held there.

It is very calm environement/ property with privacy. Room service /house keeping is good.

The wi-fi issue haven't resolved since my last stay.Quite dissapointed with that.The breakfast menu can be improved.Since im a regular visitor every year since 2016 i didnt see much changes in the breakfast menu and the room service menu.The jaguzzi look not so comfortable to use. Can have any indoor games rooms for guest.

This was my 4th time staying here. The villa or banglow were very spacious, clean, and you could cook.No washing machine. I suggest the management to put one in every villa.Swimming pool is clean. The workers were friendly and helpful. Action was taken very fast for any report or request asked. Can park about 4 or more cars.I like the design of the villa. 4 bedrooms. Aircon good. There are 2 aircon in the hall and every room has aircon. There are two types of beds. Single and super single bed. 2 rooms with 2 single beds and 2 rooms with a super single bed.You need a car to move about. It is quite a distance to the dearest town, Simpang Empat and Tampin. The Famosa Free Port is near by about 5 mins drive. Good bargain and lots of restaurants. Check-in was quite fast. Friendly staff.The villa is provided with breakfast for 8 people.During the fasting month, they will send our Sahur (food). There is no need to drive to the restaurant.

We were not happy as cleaning personnel went in to the unit even though there were do not disturb sign. Luckily no items were missing.

Booking confusing, unable to find which building to check in. Environment very dark esp night time. Road mapping not clear, lost direction easily.Poor coordination between resort check in and online booking. Resort system did not received my booking upon arrival.

❤️1. No WiFi 2. There is no room service, but the reception is to give me reason because of Puasa time. It's not fair because before the book, I checked with reception, had room service, or no brought kids, but they said have, went there they said No because time.

clean and Cozzy environment

i booked the property at 18th of march for 260 , the next day become 237. It may not be the property's fault. but still makes me uncomfortable.

Safari + water resort

Breakfast buffet Food, couldn't eat much and need alot of improvement. Steamed bun were placed in heater and hard instead.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff at breakfast place were very attentive and helpful. Villa and pool were clean

Wish there was wifi connection

I like the size of the house, big rooms and living room

We arrived there by 11 pm and after checking in and making the payment, we got lost and couldn't reach our villa easily and after asking the receipt ion to guide us, they only showed us on the map and the main road was closed so we still not able to reach our villa. There is no one to guide us there. At the end we spent two hours until we found our villa. I don't like the smell of the old furniture in the living room. Toilets need maintenance because the floor is lower than the drain hole so the floor of the toilets are all the time full of water which is not comfortable.

Room service was worst. Even after 1hr 30 minutes the food was not delivered
