Swimming pool and water park

No towel provided at the swimming pool,had to bring a hotel towel or your own towel.Old Tv and channel not clear,So tv is not used at all.Wifi is not so good.The water hole in the bathroom is clogged and causing water to stagnate.

Water theme park for my kids

I booked 2 room but another room had no light at entrance door. Overall staying in room very boring.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the view by the balcony. Will repeat stay here again.

Hope the lamps along the way to the hotel can be light up at night. It quite dark.

Great place for family especially children. Foods were nice during breakfast and had many choices.

The hotel offered a pleasant experience overall. The pool was a highlight, with the children thoroughly enjoying their time swimming. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, though there may have been room for a bit more variety or flavor to elevate the start of the day

There was a minor issue with the sink leaking in room 365, which should be addressed. While the hotel’s facilities are somewhat aged, they remain in acceptable condition. Ongoing maintenance would help preserve its charm and ensure a more consistent guest experience.

We only enjoy the Pool, the Kids room and the playground. The Aircond room is a bonus as we got the mounted ceiling and new.

The room that we got this time is run-down, the toilet a bit smelly and not clean. The breakfast choice is variety; however, it is only focus on the quantity not the quality. for the price we had paid, it is not worth it.

Facilities was ok but cleanliness not at my expectation.

Most of the item in the hotel was too old, and toilet was not clean, there is a tissue on the floor and on the wall also stain in toilet bowl. A lot of dust in kid zone maybe because not much kids playing in that area.

Just got to know that they took over Puteri Resort. Everything was OK but I think it require a big renovation.

They only allow 2 persons complimentary to the water park which also include the existing swimming pool of Puteri Resort. If you are more than 2 persons, you will need to pay RM15 per head even you just want to use the swimming pool. For me, its kind of funny. You may need to put the gate at the water park instead of the staircase to both swimming pool and water park. I never checked a hotel that require you to pay for swimming pool access. I understand if require additional fee per head to the water park but for swimming pool, I dont think so.

Waterpark should be free entry to all guest. Video games at the lobby was not function. Most of it broken. Its better to remove it from the lobby. Breakfast also not good. The food not properly refill when it finish. Quality of the cereal used not premium and i believe it is a cheap cereal.

The resort is easy to locateThey serve mushroom soup for breakfast was my comfort meal.The room was big, the bathroom also big. I like the bath tubJust does not have the time to enjoy the pool

We ask for clean bed sheets for change, but unfortunately they did not changed the bed sheet.

Resort location is easy to access and has many attraction in the areas.

Cannot access the playground due to under renovation.

The room no maintenance. Ceiling look like falling down at the balcony.. and tub, floor all like very very old...too old

the theme park ! the swimming pool are big ! the foods ! even they got much variety of foods but it still consider nice, worth the money, they even have the sand playground for kids ! I like it all !

can added more variety of foods on breakfast and a dessert, cakes, sweets for the cafe and buffet

The environment is nice. Surrounded by greenery. Room is spacious. Good spread of breakfast.

Will be good to have cubicle bath area inside bathroom.
