The hotel need to do major renovation, BAD CONDITIONED ! One the way to the room we saw plastic baskets placed along the corridor to prevent water dropping from the ceiling because of leaks and holes. There is more than 10 holes in the ceiling and I feel like the hotel not safe to stay in. When we entered our room smell bad like room full of mold, lucky we only stay for 1 night. The Reception Counter didn't mentioned about the hotel condition upon check in. Based on my experience and the hotel condition not support to be listed in the list !

D Hotel is located in the center of Seri Iskandar city. near Bilion Mall and around are lots of restaurant. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Rundown hotel. Bucket of water in the middle of hallway (bocor maybe?). Room not properly clean (found a plaster stick to the side lamp.. done by previous customer maybe?). Sadly no more breakfast provided (luckily there's good restaurant for breakfast just around the corner) (D Hotel's breakfast was good tho)

The room was spacious. Worth and value for money. Awesome

The management have to refurbish all the rooms to attract the clients. Even the hotel lobby and the hotel sidewalk in front of the rooms, the carpet and the colour must be attractive. TV at the room must be change for new one.....smart tv

Very convenient location.

No internet coverage in the room because room is towards the back of the building. Price is more expensive so it is a shame that we are unable to use the wifi. Room is quite dimly lit. Standard room does not have fridge despite the price.

1. Parking spot, they doesnt have designated parking for guest2. Please change information about the pool. Since your pool has permanently closed, update about it. I booked here bcs of the pool for my kids, so i was a bit disappointed when they mentioned the pool has permanently closed.3. please wipe the window in the room, it is so dusty4. maintain your toilet, my room cannot flush properly5. that one man at the counter during my checked out, please train him properly. No greetings, no thank you, no one word came out from his mouth when i pass the key to check out.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staffs were nice, the room was clean. We put up a 'clean room' sign at 1.00pm and the room was cleaned when we were back. It has a tv with a good signal, which we didn't expect actually.

1. The price is a bit high for a hotel with NO swimming pool, gym and even breakfast. However, considering the location didn't have that many hotels, it was a decent price for good facilities and overall cleanliness of the hotel. 2. It also doesn't have a refrigerator but we could manage.3. The path from the lift to the room doesn't have the ambience of a hotel but still was okay

The only hotel in booking.com with lift at Seri Iskandar

Lobby have a kjnd of smells that not goes well with my sense of smell and make me feel uncomfortable every time passing by lobby to lift area. Maybe it is scented smell but the smell is not preferred by many I guess

Had a comfortable stay at this hotel.Room spacious and clean. Staff is very accommodating. Requested to change the room and upgrade is very easy and quick.Get a very good assistance from the reception staff when I accidentally left my laptop cable in the seminar room. Very quick action in locating the cable and keep it safe until I manage to collect it. Thank Mr. Amirul.

The walkway / corridor is not really clean and a smell of damp. At certain area the corridor is not well lit.Excess tables and chair for seminar is not properly kept and stored.Seminar room is smelly too. Had to buy febreze and spray a lot in the seminar room prior the event.Parking is a problem - since had to share with people going to the mall and other shops nearby. One of the lift / elevator not properly working. Door is either not totally closed or cannot open when reached desired floor. Had to press open and close button few times for the door to open.

Next to the shopping mall, free parking and spacious room.

The carpet at the L3 corridor is so dirty, the iron board is in bad condition, the room has small ants at the wall and ate the food, the tv remote is not functioning and the toilet is dirty & shower head is dislocated. The staff was not at the counter when checking in and had to wait for a while. Only 1 lift is in service.

Cleanliness of corridor, the carpet need to vacuum & smell. The lobby need more decoration & put some air freshener to more welcome.
