Bedsheet & towels so clean and can have a detergent/softener smells

The space is a bit small and hard to perform prayer

Location is good, that is about it.

The facilities provided for the standard double room is very minimal. No complimentary coffee or tea sachets and only one bottled water was provided. No table or chair in the room for me to do my work.

The glass walled bathroom. Hate it. So vulgar. Also, I booked for a King bed, but I don't think that it was a king bed.

Location. A lot of shops nearby.

Need extra space for pray. If the table and TV can be moved a little bit to give extra space, it would be really appreciated.

The location

The owner should sell this hotel if he is not interested. The aircond at the lobby is not working. Until the staff had to use a fan. I had to change room because the aircond did not work properly. The replacement room, i stayed here like a year ago and he cannot even fix the same problem at the window. Come on Mr. Kwan(the spelling might be wrong).

Very good location at the heart of Bandar Universityeasy to find eating place

AC is too coldddno table

The place is quiet enough for rest/ sleep.

No lift to go up first floor which is not convenient to oldies who are with knees pain.No window and basic amenities (e.g. shower gels) in the room.

Loud at evening - night because of the restaurant below, not supplied soap/shampoo/towel at all, toilet sink is dirty and rusty.

The room got aircond.

Everything! I found nose boogers and also hairs inside my room and need to clean by myself. The TV inside room also broken. Not worth of money!

Location

The place looks like it is having financial problem . The extended area of mastergrill is right below the window so it was kind of noisy. Water pressure in toilet is low. The cabinet below the sink was horrid. I only stayed there for the location. If you ask me, all the hotels in seri iskandar is below ecpectation.

Nothing, everything was bad

Bathroom was not clean, toilet paper was not filled, the why there is door for pipeline maintaince in the room…

Location is good

Stayed at Room 206, not enough electricity power supply, always cut off.. dont know what actually happened. Furthermore we have to request for bathroom towels ( small size towels likely for kids).

I travel for work and arrive late, the location is OK and the Front Desk is OK

The location is a huge plus. Right at the Center.

Hygiene. Dilapidated. Security none.

The property is nearby the place we visited

Not value for money as I did stayed in hotel somewhere whereby the property which is much more cheaper & with good facilities. The room was too small for the money i have paid & not enough space to perform prayer

The cleanliness not so good, tv not functioning, no towel provided, we have to request for the towel but it was small, thin, and 'thorned'

Easy to find food downstair.

Please remove your big tree infront hotel. I cannot see the signboard when driving infront hotel.
