Good location, very nice lagoon pool area, room was very clean and comfortable

Gym was pretty limited, also the hotel restaurant menu was pretty limited.

Pools and surrounding areas are pure luxurious!

All other areas not including pools and surrounds are 3 Star some 1 or 2 star. Rooms are dated and tired.Internet is patch and unreliable. I could smell the bathroom's bodywash they used to clean my room coffee mug.

Room was small, resort is a bit tired & dirty

You can't beat the location and overall accommodation and facilities. We always enjoy our stay. The pool options are great and suit families or couples. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Room had a little bit of wear and tear but nothing I would complain about.

Great to have an allocated secure parking space, Room overlooking the pool, comfortable bed, exceptional shower pressure, room & bathroom were clean. Breakfast good, polite friendly staff. Would recommend.

Could do with more umbrellas around the pool, too many sun beds with no shade, and the usual if you don't get a sun bed with umbrella by 8.30am no hope for the rest of the day until 4pm, people go off leave their towels and don't return for a couple of hours!!

The pools, the 3 pools cater well to all people and loved the formal and serenity pools

Cleanliness of the room was mixed, so much dust in varied areas I could write my name easily, the vent over the stove was disgusting and we had to run most of plates, cups and knives/forks thru the dishwasher as they were dirty while staff varied from wonderfully helpful/friendly to unhelpful and abrupt

I liked I was given a room with lift access as requested. The day spa was awesome. Breakfast was great. Reception staff lovely during our stay. Parking was excellent.

The pool is not heated, too cold to swim in on 28-degree days in August. Needs to be heated or at least the spa. Long walk to lift access rooms, hard to confirm prior that we would be given a room with lift access even though disability issues were explained. We took the risk. Felt it a bit abrupt when I asked if I should book another accommodation due to the disability issue the person on the phone said "yes".

The serenity pool was just delightful and our nearby accommodation was very peaceful and elegant. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Joyce for sorting out our room. We look forward to returning in the future.

One of the best yet. Brilliant service, happy staff, great pool and good vibes. Room was fab. Worth every cent, loved every minute.

The atmosphere was great. The male staff were excellent friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and loved the paperbark trees.

There were two down lights on the wall of the balcony next to us. They lit I our room like a Christmas tree We closed the shutters and covered every gap with towels and pillows to no avail. Made sleeping very difficult. We didn't seek a room change because the resort seemed full and we didn't want to waste time. Asked for a couple of plates and cutlery from the restaurant and were treated like thieves by the female kitchen staff Disgraceful behaviour. Similarly each morning when we went for breakfast we found the female staff rude. Two or three serving one customer Ignoring any others waiting for s table but quick to greet a colleague and sometimes even walked away with the colleague for a chat before acknowledging the people they were supposed to be there for. Immature behaviour

Basic accommodation at best.

Lack of facilities on arrival. No restaurants, no concierge, we couldn’t even get a drink. Room was grubby and smelt.

Location was amazing, swim up bar convenient! One of bedroom apartment was great!

Lack of adult only area by the pool, the TV didn’t work properly and and the roll away bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Location and facilities were excellent. The resort is located opposite the stinger enclosure and close to cafes and restaurants. The pools are absolutely gorgeous.

We had an ocean view room however it was located on the 1st floor and overlooked the huge tented area. There were two exterior lights located just outside our room which was a bit annoying as they were on all night. If you're booking an ocean view room ask for the 2nd floor. Also there aren't any lifts so you will need someone to help carry luggage.

We didn’t have a breakfast, but we loved the pools and the swim up bar. I should mention the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the position was great, it was lovely to walk to so many cafes along the picturesque esplanade.

The location was great—convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our trip, but unfortunately, the service didn’t match the setting.

I had no internet in my room, and they refused to move me. They claimed they had no extra bedding, even when I offered to use the bedding from our own room. We paid for a service that did not meet my expectations. They eventually offered a discount, but I never received it. After I checked out, I called four times with no response—not even a callback. After a week away, we were looking forward to spending our last two nights relaxing and watching TV, but that wasn’t possible. This happened back in January, and I still haven’t heard back. Extremely disappointing!

Girls trip away with no kids for my birthday, had a great time, staff were so accommodating, rooms were lovely. Just what we needed, will definitely recommend and return

The place was clean and tidy.

The room was small, there was no main light in the room. I couldn't open the door as it was far too heavy (being pregnant).There is nowhere outside apart from 2 small tables to sit at in the rain, which meant we were confined to our small room. The outlook out of our spa room looked onto a house and someone's stored outdoor furniture below. Overall, it wasn't a great stay. I could have booked elsewhere for alot cheaper and achieved better.

Loved the pool and location. Buffet breakfast was good.

Didn't like the location of my room. Happy with ground floor as requested, but looked out onto the serenity pool, and it was always dark, not much natural light in the room. The bathroom was small but good. Suggest they remove the ladder holding the towels. It takes up too much room, in an already small bathroom, and I nearly tripped on it! Just put towel hooks on the wall. Problem solved!
