Mango Lagoon Resort & Wellness Spa

Location was amazingly beautiful. We liked the pool areas and the gardens. And the staff was top notch. They went above and beyond to help with everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and booked trips and tours for us.

We didn't know that there wouldn't be any additional towels, toiletries, and other common hotel amenities (such as more soap) during our Sun-Wed stay. You have to buy your own soap, towels, etc. Also, it was further from the beach that we were expecting.

very helpful large pool very quiet

That i was put next to noisy neighbours when other rooms were empty. Luckily they moved me when I let them know my sleep was being dusturbed.

The beautiful pools and the pathways and walkways - beautiful. It is clean and easy to get around.

The hotel rooms are a bit small for two people but the apartments are great.

Friendly and helpful staff. The grounds and pool are lovely and the general calm atmosphere of the place.

The initial studio apartment we were given was dark and alongside a walkway so very public. We managed to get moved to another studio apartment which was much brighter, and then to a one-bedroom apartment which was lovely. So recommend booking this only.

Amazing location and pools. BBQ station is easy to use. Staff are very friendly!

This is a spacious and cozy place, perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the fantastic outdoor pool whenever you like. Plus, it's just a short walk to many restaurants and bars, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The room was very clean and tidy and the pools and gardens were beautifully presented. The resort was within walking distance to everything you need.

Matt assisted us when we checked in. He was exceptionally good when it comes to customer service. Because of the amazing staff member, our stay was really good. He gave us lots of good options for food and Easter egg hunting activities, closed bus stop etc. thank you Matt for your assistance.

Great apartment, spacious, clean and had everything you needed.Staff were really friendly and happy to assist with anything. Quiet resort with lovely pools, definitely recommend for your stay at Palm Cove.

Courteous staff and excellent massage

The resort was very very quiet. Outside bar and eating facilities were closed. Place lacked atmosphere.

Polite and helpful check in, comfortable room. Short stroll to a beautiful beach, good food and coffee. Gorgeous big pool and plenty of parking. Very happy.

The staff were lovely especially Warwick. He in particular was attentive and an expert in his field! Made amazing cocktails and went above and beyond with his hospitality.

Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable as well as the couch. The facilities within the room were tired and outdated.

Such a well appointed and comfortable resort my only Cristian is the bed in the main room was not so comfortable- the pools were fantastic!

The lapPool was great - and we lived that the pool was only a few steps from our apartment . Also the apartment was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped .

More available parking . More towels available each day . Better shower facility with a hand held shower head rather than a fixed shower head .

We loved the property. The pools were fantastic and the apartment was clean, spacious and very homely. We had such a wonderful stay and the staff were very friendly and nice.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

We loved all of it. The location, the room and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our whole family loved the access to the pool from our room and the short walk to everything we needed at Palm cove. Happy hour was wonderful and relaxing and the service was so friendly and was really personal. We will definitely be back thank you

Can’t think of anything

The pools, the bed, the staff!

Everything was pretty good!!

The pools were outstanding, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bbq area was well planned, the staff were generous with their help. Everything was catered for, even the budget room had facility for dish washing and a microwave and full sized fridge. The bbq fridge was stocked with condiments for visitors use. Great setup.

There was nothing bad. Everything was thought of and catered for
