The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They accommodated a last minute room request due to a family members health. The pools are beautiful and clean. Maintenance was prompt when issues raised.

STAIRS. Unless on ground level you will need to walk up with baggage to other levels. There are no lifts. The jacuzzi wasn't accessible due to OHS, there was no works been done during the time we were there to repair it. Rooms are very aged.

Certainly the location is spectacular - but the welcoming, attentive staff, and the spacious rooms, make this the perfect get away in Palm Cove!

Requested ground floor but was give unit with 4 flight stairs.( we managed as unit beautiful) Porters trolleys need rubber wheels to stop noise over brick paving We were told jack hammering to commence at 11.30 am. It started at 9.30 am.

The location was fantastic, so close to everything. It was beautiful walking along under the swaying Palm trees in both directions. We had 3 pools to choose from. Our room was located on the top floor, which meant we had an unobstructed view of the main pool and the beautiful entrance, lined with palm and botanical plants. Our apartment was amazing, a home-from-home feel with a huge corner built-in settee. It was clean, tidy, and very well presented. Our bed was so comfy, we had our apartment cleaned and new linens provided without a request to do so.At night, it became a magical Oasis with the night lights enhancing the beauty of everything around it.

There is nothing we did not like.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool view apartment which was 2-level, bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The living area was really spacious with great aircon and a good sized balcony. There were plenty of amenities provided in kitchen like coffee pods, teas, as well laundry liquid etc The beachfront location is perfect and overall beautiful resort.

Maintenance fences near the rock pool and the adult pool are a bit ugly but assume they will be fixed up soon

It was a gorgeous resort on the beach. Nice and quiet location at the beginning of the esplanade. Staff were amazing. The beautiful young lady at the reception was soooo helpful and made our stay even better.We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was upgraded from a 1 bedroom, that was a nice surprise. The apartment was gorgeous, bedrooms downstairs and kitchen upstairs. View of the beachfront, self contained with a full size fridge. Shower was great, pressure was ok but could have been better but not a major issue.

Excellent clean spacious apartment. Plenty of dishes and the use of a dishwasher. Also washing machine and tumble dryer. Brilliant location within the complex on the ground floor and with patio doors onto the terrace a few steps from the pool. Excellent for our needs. Palm Cove is a lovely small resort with many restaurants and shops. We must mention the great coffee shop/ general store directly behind the Alamanda apartments. It has everything you could need, including fresh fruit and vegetables. We have nothing but praise for the lovely friendly staff and a special mention to Gabby in reception. She made a brilliant week even better. Many thanks.

Location on beach front, quality hotel facilities, superb spacious room (apartment), 2 pools, easy walk into local shops and restaurant, local relaxed vibe, helpful staff

Rooms were very nicely refurbished and comfortable. Pools were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Gym was far away, although was an excellent gym and great to be able to use it. Also, it would be wonderful to have more amenities around the pool, such as drinks and dining options.

Didn’t realize it was 2 levels , so quite a few stairs
