Great location, admin team are always very helpful and accomodating varying times of arrival

Parking can be a little bit tight in some spaces if you have a large vehicle

Very well appointed apartment, with very comfortable beds. Adjacent to a busy road but the windows really cancelled out any noise.Very close to the marina with taverns/ restaurants.

Receptionist was very patient when we had trouble finding it.Handy location to walk to restaurants and supermarket.

Location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to the supermarket and shops via the golf buggy path., very convenient. I felt like I was on holiday while on a work trip.

My room was overlooking a very busy round about so there was some traffic noise. I slept well but it's worth mentioning.

Great location with easy walk to shops and restaurants. Well equipped apartment with all you need.

Next to a busy main road , aircon wasn’t working in main bedroom.

Location was good close to event I was attending. info on getting in was great, reception great, outstanding bed and shower.

Nothing really but a bigger tv screen would of been nice if staying longer.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Very difficult to get in & out of the gated community that it is located in.

Its not on warer front as shown on puctures it just smal units

Far from shop to buy anything

The apartment was clean and safe, and I had a comfortable stay there. It is close to Coles and the theme parks. I forgot my small pillow, and the staff were very helpful in posting it back to me safely. I was satisfied with their service !

The two toilet doors could not be closed or locked, which caused us a lot of trouble during our stay. Hopefully, they can fix this for the next guest.

Larger than expected. Nice view, close to shops.

Check in process was ridiculous. Hard to get into gated community, no where to park to pick up keys, no signage in carpark.

Location was good and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom looked nice

This place was filthy! Dirty walls, ripped dining chairs, dirty couch, mould around and in the air con duct, not enough outdoor dining for everyone and a table that had no top! One small couch for a 2 bedroom apartment. Absolutely disgusting cushions on the chair. Shower head was terrible and the shelf was broken and couldn’t be used. Poorly patched holes in walls. The list goes ons on. Sad I can only post 4 pics because I have so many more!

Room was very clean. Modern furnishings except for the dining table which was a bit tacky. Reasonably well stocked with cutlery and utensils.Laundry well.stocked with cleaning equipment, iron, washing machine and dryer as well.as a welcome supply of cleaning powder. Bathroom neat and tidy and a large walk in wardrobe very handy. The lighting was quite dim which made it difficult to see when applying make-up.Walk out to a balcony from bedroom or lounge area. The outdoor setting however, was not very appealing with paint chipped away on all surfaces.

The unit was very comfy for my stay - until I attempted to go to sleep! The traffic noise was utterly atrocious. I dont mind traffic and being in a unit facing the road, it comes with the territory, but this was awful. I like to have an open window with fresh air but it was impossible to get to sleep with the window open. It absolutely ruined the stay.

Location, restaurants everything was right there. Perfect.

The only feedback I have was the seating in lounge was so uncomfortable. Looked nice but we had our granddaughter staying so spent some time there.

Location was great for what we needed.

Was dirty and needs a very good clean. Lots of areas are dirty. Floors, splash back, cupboards, bin, door frames, floor mat is disgusting. Most things really. All been given a surface clean and not a thorough clean. It’s too close to the road and noisy with the door open. No fly screens on doors to be able to leave the door open.

re the cleanliness & upkeep...

the premises/ town house was very disappointing for the value of money / was not clean at all ... the cleaners did their best re the weekly service of changing bed linen etc but the overall cleanliness of the premises was indeed very dirty / needs a very good deep clean / pest control needs to be done as there were few cockroaches ... we stayed in the complex last year for the same amount of time in a different town house and it was 100% way better than the town house we were allocated this year .. will def not be staying in this town house at Easter time.

Could not find the pool or directions to the pool or any online information where the pool is. There was no check out expectations ie where to leave bedding and towels
