    Pros +

    • Very basic cabin tiny bathroom. Very comfortable beds and nice grassed areas. Very friendly helpful staff.
    • Great location. Grocery store only blocks away. Easy to find. Friendly staff and comfortable surroundings.
    • Was a safe, clean and enjoyable stay. This is our 5th year visiting and we're looking forward to a 6th. The park is easy to find and quickly welcomes you into the community

    Cons -

    • Very small but adequate room.
    • Can't really fault anything about the park. We had a relaxing time shark fishing. Exactly as planned ??
    • There is only one shop and there is no retaurants or cafes near the location. So, do not forget to bring your food or snacks and the internet signal is not the bes, I think because it is a remote place.

It is located in a really convenient place near the pink lake and the beach.Just around the corner you can find the only shop in the small town, it is open until 6pm.In the place you can also camping or get our campervan with power and unpowered spots. I stayed in a cabin which was realy nice with a private bathroom.

The staff are very helpful, and you can find everything you need on site. Good location next to the Hutt Lagoon.

Relative to the offerings in Dalwallinu, it was great. As an older on-site cabin, in a remote location it was quite acceptable. Ours was well oriented as the prevailing winds were very strong and we could enjoy the cabins deck.

Bigger bathroom: 1200 wide would have made a difference. 1200mm off the living area would have been acceptable.

Superb communication with lots of additional information on late check in and available facilities in the small village. Practical cottage for such a remote location, clean and well equipped.

The bathroom sink was very small. We did not figure out how to operate the airco for warming up the cottage at night.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great having a toaster, jug, and microwave so we could self cater.

It was very noisy at night with people arriving late (between 11 pm and midnight), and using their motorised caravan levellers. Then kids were up early running around and yelling, plus dogs were barking. There was someone outside bouncing a ball after dark. To be fair, it was school holidays so you would expect a certain amount of kids noise. We arrived at 5.40 pm, and our welcome information told us that our unit would be locked at 8 pm, and we would be denied access. Clearly, caravans are allowed to arrive at all hours and disturb others.

Was an easy checkin, and cabin was clean and tidy, everything worked and on leaving again no problem. Will recommend this place to friends as a great spot to stay.

    Beds, location

One of a female staffs was being so rude and mean to our group. She held a credit card machine and yelled at us loud and hard “100 bucks” a lot of times throughout the site as they thought (not saw) we smoked in the room which in fact we did not. She even said swear words to us after I felt annoyed and offended and said “You can ask for money but please mind your attitude”. She and a male onsite staff said they smelled the smoke after we check out and said all the towels and linens would have to be replaced so there came a charge of fines. We were only smoking outside the room and explained that our cigarettes may come with a heavy smell but never did we smoke inside - we clearly knew the rules and dangers in potential. They could not provide further evidence when the guy walked us back to the room where there was no smell at all. He let go of us without any more words. The lady, I am sorry to say that she should be continuously given more training on hospitality.

Great little cabin. Was perfect for the one night stop over. We arrived after check in and staff had everything organised and was easy to find our cabin. Park wifi is amazing

The owners of the Caravan Park made us feel welcome, and the cabin we had was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our short stay. We loved the Pink Lake buggy tour in the sand hills and along the beach. Sam made the tour fun, and she was very knowledgeable about the pink lake and history of the area.

Good bed, good appliances lovely fries from shop next door

    No staff when we arrived

Great Cafe next door for takeaway and provisions.Facilities adequate.

Second and third bedrooms did not have A/C or fans and were stuffy. Also no door to isolate for privacy.

Pretty view off beach/lake and quiet and peaceful. Receptionist was nice when checking us in.

little bit expensive but not overly for small room. gave us a half drank milk that was already open and halve drank so couldn’t use it. Could use more bedding e.i extra pillows and Blanket. Slightly unclean but to not bad. No freezer in fridge as it’s a small fridge in the rooms

So happy with this accomodation thank you to the owners. The lady that welcomed us was so lovely! The chalet was so clean and bright and we had a great stay! Will definitely come and stay again. Thank you!

Lovely clean facilities, perfect for a family. Working was easy to do with fast internet and dining table. Lovely location and information provided was very helpful.

As we were travelling up the north coast we realised we hadn’t used our gday park card for the discount. Unfortunately out of three we stayed they were the only ones unable to accommodate the discount as we booked on booking.com ( as we did with all) other than that lovely location and property.

Great location to access what the town has to offer. The buggy tour was a highlight of our stay!

The top bunk bed was a little low and we kept bumping our heads on it.
