Good location with friendly staff.

Convenient with the pub being part of the set up. Had a good meal although they had run out of scotch fillet and we were given an ordinary rump in its place. Room was well appointed with plenty of space.

Bed was a little too soft for me but it was okay

Lovely area, food top tier in the pub. Room was neat with everything functional. Room service is self service as staff are limited but you can take food back into the room if you want :) which is a great touch. You've got to experience the pub food, the KFC style burger is top tier.

Back window does allow a clear view into the room, so best to have the blinds down.

Could have had a fresh vacuum and no coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room.

Although it didn’t affect our stay, the first impression could have been better had the cleaners swept all the dead leaves outside the door. The mat was in need of replacement and each time we came in and out the room we couldn’t help but trample mess inside.

Stayed overnight in order to visit the HARS Aviation Museum the following day. The room exceeded my expectations. It had a small fridge, microwave, and a Lavazza expresso machine. Perfect for my needs. The bed was comfy, and there were plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Overall a great stay.

very very attentive staff. very clean and comfortable rooms very close to the hotel and dining/bar facilities. good food at the pub and well worth a visit. highly recommend manager tara and her staff, lovely people.

Good bed - not too hard or soft. I'd just stayed at Peppers Craigburn and may as well have slept on the floor as the beds were so hard. Internet is a good speed. Good tv and remote works great. Air con also worked great - temp glows in dark so you can adapt easily if too hot at 2am.Small microwave - didn't need to use it. Good clean bathroom with hot water. Can be a bit of noise after hours from the pub clientele.

Adjacent guests smoking outside, bit of rowdy noise at pub closing time in carpark.

The window could use an extra covering, such as some lace or sheer blind behinf the normal blind. That way you can let the light in and no one can see in from the outside.

There was a restaurant that served good meals on site. A coffee pod machine. Tidy and clean.

Room was good, but due to location had to have blinds drawn. Shared carport with large pub meant difficult to find a park. Hotel bar dining not suitable for children or women, staff and other patrons very rough. Certainly no "lake view", only suburbia.

Very very noisy - Room 12 I contacted Manager through the night and never received a call back or response.We would not recommend or stay again at this establishment.On checking in the lady was abrupt and not welcoming to visitors.

Good value for the room, comfortable clean and just what I wanted for an overnight stay.
