Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and food & atmosphere at tavern great.

A little run down. But perfect location with the river and dining facilities

Loved the room location, we were upgraded and loved the position. Had breakfast at golf club and were not impressed.

Can't say there was anything we would change.

Location being fairly family focused with pool <50 m away, kids play ground not much further.

Be great if there was some form of room service. Hard when juggling kids/infants that you simply cant dial for some in room service.

It has a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed vibe. Our room was on the second floor. It was very spacious and had an extensive, jaw-dropping view of the Manning River. The spa bath was wonderful. The tavern prices were reasonable, and it had a nice vibe. The footpath along the riverfront was long and well-maintained, and provided us with an excellent opportunity to unwind after our long day on the road.

The mould on the building's gables and balcony side ledges was obvious and needs cleaning.

Beautiful and quiet rooms which felt like a retreat. The private courtyard and comfy beds were lovely.

The location and the pool

The carpets and the hallway is very old and stinky. The building needs a desperate renovation.

Relaxing environs. Great view of river and gardens.

Needed some cleaning of building structures with pressure jet cleaner. Some green stains on structures that face south. No communication about what to do for breakfast. No breakfast available at the lodge or the tavern. Had to ask around to see what options there were, which are very thin.

Easy check in and check out.. Absolutely beautiful location and rooms were great value for money. Great venue for smokers as they are not expected to leave the building for a smoke. And just a short stroll for amazing food.. 100% recommend..

Good location, easy walking areas, lovely pool and surrounds, comfortable spacious units

There was an infestation of ants in my mums room on the bed next door to ours (room 5), we reported it to reception at the time. Also lighting from the tavern to the rooms along your pathway was insufficient and dangerous for my elderly mum, she would never have been able to walk without assistance along there.

The lodge is in a such a good spot- walking distance to the tavern and the golf club. Reception staff were very friendly!

Room was larger than expected. Bathroom was really well done. Exceptionally quiet. Just steps to a beautiful pool. A really nice place. I will bring my golf clubs next time and stay for a few days.

I would have liked some basic plates, cutlery and maybe a toaster so that I could do my own breakfast.

Proximity to River and beautiful walking path. So very quiet as I like it. Availability, closeness to Tavern with very nice meals. Ease of check in and check out.

The 'private ' gate on the river side of the accommodation property and the tavern was so neglected, could not be latched and left my hands filthy. When booking i had no idea that there was no breakfast at the property OR that there was a great breakfast available at the adjoining Golf Course / Cafe. The king size bed was okay but mattress getting rather old
