Bathroom could have been better, toilet smelly

The property was updated. It had everything you need for a night stop Just across the road from the pub.

The parking was a bit tight if you were on a corner unit

Rundown property. Did not have a wash basin in the bathroom

There is plenty of room. Nice kitchenette with cutlery and dishes. The shower has amazing pressure. The price for 1 night was a little expensive imo, but overall, a great stay in a renovated room that looks up to date and really good. The manager is very friendly. The Manning River hotel is basically across the road and is a great place for a night out with friendly staff and great food. There’s also an Italian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant directly across from the Alabaster Hotel. Perfect ? Will stay again for a weekend getaway.

Modern facilities, clean and comfortable.

There was no flyscreen on the sliding window at the front of the room. Some hooks for towels, dishwashing items and a tea towel would be helpful additions.

Everything is fine except the coffee mug didn’t wash it properly and have yellow stain in it so better to change it ..

Updated rooms. Good location. Reasonable price

Shower would not turn off properly and leaked constantly. Due to Easter we could not tell staff.

The bed was completely comfortable, The room was really nice and clean also had everything that I needed.

Mixed feelings about the stay, don’t judge the place from outside because it doesn’t look much but the room is nice and modern.

But disappointingly despite the room being nice and modern, the cleanliness of the room was very poor, they didn’t even remove the previous quests food left in the fridge, there was towels but the bath mat and hand towels hadn’t been refreshed.

Not clean, soaps and toilet items not replenished. Meth pipe found in kitchen drawer.

Place was dirty, dirty ashtrays outside our room, smokers allowed, mould in the shower plus cobwebs and spiders in bathroom. Room felt dirty

Room needed a deep clean, cups were stained, no teaspoons. Didn't like not having a wash basin in bathroom. Could only pickup 2 stations on TV.

Terrible. The worst experience ever!

We arrived at 9 pm and used a code to gain access. There was a man in our room. There was no staff on hand to answer the phone or emails. So we went to the Marco Polo. Eventually got a partial refund.

The staff were kind, helpful and warm - it was great for an overnight on a journey

A clean and comfortable motel with parking on site, just a short drive from the town centre. The owner was welcoming and helpful.

Alabaster motor Inn was conveniently located in Taree, within walking distance to the main part of town.Our room was clean and comfortable and looked modern and renovated.It had everything one would need for an overnight stay.
