The room was spacious

The beds were very firm. Only a single seater chair for a family room. 2nd TV in bedroom wasn't connected / working.

our usual reliable stop over between Canberra and Brisbane. New owners since we last stayed and its for the better. Easy access, good price

Everything was clean and comfortable

There were fire alarms going off all night outside the rooms, then at 6.30am an alarm also went off in the room for no reason. There were no staff visible in the office during the entire stay. Worst sleep ever.

We didn't like the leaking toilet, tap,fridge not mounted properly and carpets were filthy.

Last time we stayed the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I forgot to bring this to the attention of management. This time I thought I just hope we get a different room with a functional air conditioner. We did get a different room but the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Noted the systems are old, but they need a deep clean by a technician as they barely pump out any air. It’s worse in the morning when the hot sun comes through the windows.

Was simple and clean. Not bad value for money. Good bathroom and shower. The room served its purpose. Fridge good size.

The room was tiny. We couldnt connect to the WiFi and the service in that area was down to one bar. Did not lay eyes on a staff member. We had 2 single beds and they had awful matresses.

Two single put together. One higher than the other.Bed to close to door and wall.The bench was too close to the bathroom doorway making it harder for my wife who is disabled to get through.

The motel was in a good spot. The room was clean and was good for a night stay.

Although the room was clean it had a very strong bleach smell that was a bit to much for me.

Extremely noisy, people above our room came in at 11pm sounding like a group of elephants waking us up.Also bin was still full of previous guests garbage and smelly

Nice room with everything you need was small but a good priceBig bed ,good tv ,parking at the door, smoking area.No traffic noise.Excellent large mini fridge. PowerPoints at both bed sides accessible..Full basic metal cutlery not wooden

International roast coffee , pillows too soft.Very noise neighbour in room next door not hotels fault but.Bathroom door problem with closing.Lounge poorly positioned in corner of room unable to see TV, wardrobe should be moved to this place

Price and location are great. Great bed. Hot water, TV, and coffee facilities.

The cleanileness of the place. Bed sheets, towels and the cutleries. They also have complimentary waters and milk. Was such a great gestured

I was pretty happy with everything in the 3 rooms Ibooked. they met all expectations and they were so good and friendly staff who came in the morning to do the cleaning

My family travel alot places and stay in hotel. To visit Taree and did not except to have a nice, clean, 4 starts type. Sheets, Towels and everything was absolutely clean and exceed my expectation

It was nothing that we didnt like. I was all exceeding out expectation

Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Attention to comfort was noticeable in fittings and furnishings..all was modern and attractive.

There needs to be some means to filter road noise from the street (hedge, wall?). Also the waterfall in the pool is noisy in the evening. If the pool is not being used could the waterfall feature be turned off after hours?
