Twelve Apostles Motel & Country Retreat

The gentleman who met us when we came in was amazing - he couldn't do enough for us. Just great customer service. The room was dated, but clean and comfortable for the most part.

The shower would randomly spray you with very hot water for about 2 seconds, then go back to the normal temperature. The road to the hotel is not paved - wasn't an issue for us but could be for others.

Right at entry turn off to Park. Plenty of room, all toiletries provided with hair dryer, etc.

Drive up is gravel road...about par for the remoteness of trip.

The location, cozy cottages, naturistic, and animals, good spots nearby for fishing(port Campbell jetty), very near to 12 apostles and the nearby bays and views

The staff responses were poor till we reach at the property, amenities could be improved, and since there are no grocery stores nearby they could stock more non perishable goods for the customers to buy.

Very nice stay at wilderness! Beautiful birds singing and they have a cute lama!Besides that, it was VERY clean! I had everything I needed.Thank you for hosting me!

The location is great.

This motel has a potential, but it needs to be cleaned better, we had dirty towels and a half empty garbage bin from the previous occupants.

Location is excellent for access to the Great Ocean Road and the 12 apostles. Quiet location with bird life.Bed and pillows comfortable

This property is so tired. It needs knocking down and starting again.Kettle wasn’t working and bedside lamps not working but both were exchanged.No sink to wash dishes. Had to be done in a bowl which was difficult to fill from the bathroom sink.So many thanks under standard to be booking.

Location not far from end of GOW, very quiet, spacious unit, koala in tree and lush surroundings

No bowls in the unit, bathroom a bit dark.

Great location ie 3 klm from twelve Apostles.

Grounds were unkept, over grown with grass & weeds. We nicknamed the accommodation “Green Acres” after the 70’s TV show of a unkept shack! The cottages are unkept (need to be demolished ?), most of the blinds are that old the are unable to be used. There is also a derelict cottage at the front of the accommodation with broken windows. If they were brought up to date ie repainted, leaves removed from gutters & walk ways to cottages repaired or redone & all new blinds fitted it would then be worth the price we paid.

Location, facilities - toaster, kettle and microwave, clean.

Reason for us to stay was to be close to the 12 Apostels. Motel was super close, clean, electric heater and even electric blanket was provided so temperature in September was not an issue. Very clean and hot water. Mattress not that comfortable but we stayed only 1 night so no problem. staff friendly - no food options however room has a coffee maker and microwave . very quiet since it is located 5min drive from main street . excellent value for the price

WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ATTENTION. THE ACCOMMODATIION WAS COLD AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT NO ONE HAD STAYED FOR A LONG TIME

A few minute drive from Twelve apostles. Comfortable beds, good pressure shower. TV and all what you need for a short stay. Nice scenery.

Absulutely loved our 2-night 'farm'stay, very friendly host (especially lovely Dalla :)

Very close to the twelve apostles, the two-bedroom cottage was comfortable and had a reasonably equipped kitchen.

Location was great and price was affordable. The motel was pretty run down and in need of renovations however.This place has potential to be really nice if the rooms where renovated. I'd be happy to pay around 200 a night instead of 145.

In need of major work. Building has clearly moved alot. Front door had to be shoved open and bathroom door would not close as it no longer lined up with door frame.Bathroom floor is sinking at shower base. Cracks in tiles and spongy to walk on. Plastic shower base cracked due to movement. This was in room 109

The location, the staff and the atmosphere were good. All the amenities were good as well.

There were hairs on the floor and clearly the carpet was a bit dusty. The bathroom was smelling pee and the quilt cover was visibly dirty (there were a couple of white stains on it).

The location was very convenient.

While the room was clean, the bed was not particularly comfortable and everything was very worn and dated.

Beautiful country views, right next door to Twelve Apostles, great value for food, hosts were lovely and welcoming, Eric you are a superstar!! Made our anniversary very special, thank you:)

Didn’t dislike anything! The towels could just maybe do with some new towels☺️

Close to location of interest. The beds are comfy, the room is cleanand functional. Bonus was there's a wild Koala living in the property.

The the property and the road leading to the motel are uncovered and also the property is very old.
