Al Zorah Beach Resort

The rooms are really spacious and well laid out. The beds are super comfortable! The library lounge has thoughtful design and is a pleasant place to relax. The swimming pool is long and temperature controlled, which makes it good for laps at any time of day! The reception team and wider staff were attentive and proactive, and made our stay feel special. We were offered ice lollies by the pool, which was a nice touch!

I would have preferred a buffet breakfast (it is à la carte), although this is a minor point. There are construction works on the approach to the resort and cranes are visible, although any noise is distant and did not affect our stay.

The customer service is amazing. The rooms are spacious. The facilities are clean. We loved it!

We stayed at the Oberoi Ajman Al Zorah for two nights with very strong recommendations and, unfortunately, felt the hotel didn’t live up to the high expectations set by its reputation.Our luggage took 25 minutes to arrive in the room after check-in.A complimentary cake, half-consumed tonic water, fresh milk, and used cigars remained outside on our terrace for two days without being cleared, despite being visibly left out.Buffet breakfast was disappointing – many dishes were not properly clean and the service was unusually slow.While the pool area was pleasant, the lifeguard allowed guests to reserve cabanas without leaving any personal items, which made it hard to find available seating.Overall, it's a nice hotel in theory, but the execution didn’t match the standards expected. Definitely feels overrated for the price and brand.

I had never been to a place where everything is perfect. The Oberoi Beach Resort is certainly one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had. Everything is done wonderfully well, every detail is taken care of, and the staff is always available, smiling, and kind.I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

the location is close to a huge oil refinery unfortunately so the sea water is not clean and the sand is full of tar, very sadly. the sea was also dirty with plastics. the common areas are very concrete and not very charming. feels cold. the facilities only opened somewhat late. as I got to he beach around 8am app was still stacked up. the pool is not particularly charming and there is only one pool and becomes crowded. the activities like yoga are all to book and pay extra. the breakfast buffet was not impressive.

I visited The Oberoi Beach Resort with my fiancée in order to surprise her for her 30th birthday. The staff were extremely helpful in organizing the surprise - including flowers & cake in the room and a private cabana at the beach for dinner - and were always in touch with me to make sure everything was perfect. The room was excellent as were the facilities at the hotel. The pool is incredible - unlike I've seen in any other hotel. High recommend visiting The Oberoi for a romantic getaway with your partner.

Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Thank you Valentina at the breakfast restaurant: together with your team you did a marvellous job.

It's not "a really quiet resort": there is some construction going on e.g. and there's a (high up) flightpath of approaching planes. It didn't disturb us, it's light, in the background.Did not like the service of one waiter in the Aquario: he seemed upset with us after a previous visit and was abrupt and not accurate with his service. That was the only "downpoint".I suggest collecting the cushions of the sunloungers on the beach at the end of the day and storing them somewhere inside to protect them from bird left-overs.

I liked the quietness, despite the kids at the pool, i lover the fact of how quiet and tranquil the place is. I also like all staff, despite making us wait for hours to check in, without any update, everyone was so polite, and attentive and served with a big smile.

The staff knows what I did not like, but what matters it was resolved quickly and promptly!!
