Ramada by Wyndham Beach Hotel Ajman

Reception people were very rude with an unwelcoming attitude. The junior staff is good but Reception people needs training in customer service

Hotel within a walking distance from my flat I own at the Ajman Corniche tower residence.

There was no shuttle from Hotel to airport

All was fine

Great valet service when we drove up to the hotel. Check in was very smooth. Great rooms ( we had booked 2 rooms) , both were sea facing. The rooms were very well laid out and pretty large. The sea facing balconies were a dream. The twin beds were very comfortable. The beach was across the road, 5 minutes away. The buffet breakfast was huge....had lots of choices. We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay.

The issue was with the reception lady. She doubted the number of guests staying in the room. Even after another staff member explained to her that the number of guests was correct, she still stood up from her desk and counted again to make sure. This behavior made the guest feel uncomfortable and mistrusted. A receptionist should communicate in a respectful and professional manner and handle situations politely instead of making guests feel accused. This situation showed a lack of proper customer service skills and experience.

I'd prefer to have an option to chose among different types of room. It is not the case of Coral

Staff did their best to make ourstay comfortable

First we were given a smoking room, which we did not request. They they moved us to a upgraded room, which had a terrible pain/glue smell. Finally -we were moved to a large one bedroom apartment with no additional cost. Too mich action before gettinginto our room, but happy ending?

Staff and food.Bedding and towels are clean.Breakfast has excellent variety.

Room smells of humidity and mold. AC stinks. Curtains are filthy. Couch is disgusting to sit on as it felt greasy and smelly because of humidity.Pillows were not comfortable..

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The bedroom was comfortable with a cozy bed, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials I needed. The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and transport options—which made my stay convenient.

There was some noise from the street at night, and a few small things could be improved such as providing extra towels and toiletries. The check-in process also took longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient.

It is beach facing and walkable to nearest stores. Also lot of options for shopping.

The pool could be more temperature control.

Most of the staff are accommodating specially Michelle, the life guard of the pool. She is very accommodating and approachable. Also all the room attendants are kind and very respectful.

The receptionist is not familiar of your facilities and the amenities.

The serene environment, privacy and absolute cleanliness of the rooms.The staff were excellent too. The upgrade was amazing with a smooth check in and out. I'll definitely revisit due to the unforgettable experience. It's was my second time there and I feel so at home.
