No adapters, extra blanket was charged

I appreciated the flexibility of being granted a late check-out, and the room was equipped with a Smart TV, which was a positive feature during the stay.

The mini fridge in the room was not cooling at all. When I reported the issue, a technician visited and claimed that there was no problem and that this was the normal temperature, which is unacceptable.Additionally, the technician’s attitude was unprofessional and irritating, showing a lack of proper customer service skills.Moreover, I was charged for a missing electric kettle that was supposedly placed in the room, without a fair or proper investigation. This situation was frustrating and reflects poor professionalism and lack of experience in handling guest concerns.

Room was spacious but it’s old.

Struggling for Parking

Good location, spacious, neat and clean rooms. Friendly staff, free parking ( limited space)

No flexibility with respect to Checkout. They will charge AeD 50 if you are late by 5 mins from the prescribed checkout timing. Staff said , it is automatic system and they cannot do much. Reserved free parking available for hotel guests. But poorly managed to get entry and exit.

I like everything except:

Why would the cleaners take all the tooth brushes and toothpastes i was using without giving me new ones instead??? Right now its so late and reception isnt answering and im exhausted

The hotel parking is very small and it's always full and consequently I had to use the paid parking all the time!!!

I am writing to share our very bad experience during our stay. When we arrived, the boat transfer to the hotel had no air conditioning, and the outside temperature was around 45°C at 2:00 PM. We repeatedly asked the staff to open the door for ventilation, but they refused.Because of this extreme heat, one of my friends’ blood pressure went up, and he developed a serious heart issue. When we reached the hotel, the nurse confirmed his heartbeat was very fast. Due to this medical problem, we could not enjoy our stay at all.

Breakfast is good but need to add more arabian breakfast

Floor ceramic must be repaired for the washroom and bathtub Complete repair is must for the washroom by modern style 1 id for check in is more than enough- 2 id make the partner uncomfortable Where incase 1st is kept in the desk until the check out

Everything except fines or regular used items

They charged for cleaning of towel and mentioned that towel bathroom floor mats.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room did not meet expectations — there was no bathrobe in the washroom, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, and the TV kept lagging and wasn’t working properly. Overall, the room quality was not great, which made the experience unsatisfactory.

The staffs are great. The room they gave me was great too.

What I didn't like is when I called the reception to ask if they can let me use the iron and requested for some sugar, it took long time.

I love everything from entering the reception to the coffee shop, restaurant, lift, lobby to my room, indoor pool and the exceptionally is the room. I’ve been to hotels this one the value for money exceeds my expectations. Keep it up guys. I’ll love to invest in this hotel if they are selling shares in future.

except the night shift supervisor he’s not smiling at all and that for me is a red flag that he can be vulnerable to any direct or indirect emotional threat to me and my family.

Location is good surrounded with supermarkets and restaurants. Hotel had owned parking. Room beautiful and clean.

Quite, good location and good value for money

Parking is full most of the time and no place to park at night. Staff mentioned that they would help if you leave the keys at the reception but they don’t do anything.The amenities are old and some are not working like the fridge. No central ac only split unit

The hotel's location is good and close to services, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The price is reasonable compared to the area

The whole team is amazing and the property is clean regardless of some few cockroaches The swimming pool guy is amazing.

The cigarette smoke was getting into my room. It somehow made me feel uncomfortable
