- No locks for the room..we have to keep the room unlocked..next room ppl were drunk and shouting, very mediocre..not a comfortable stay..nor safe.. scared all through the night

The staff was not welcoming especially the reception. The bed wasn’t comfortable and was broken and repaired badly. That’s why whenever you move there is a big sound.
If they would add cleaning items in toilet. Mouth hygiene items. The phone wasn't working. We didn't know how to operate the TV, it seems wasn't working.
There was a theft in the hotel. They lost some of our things in the room. We asked the management to return them. They told us that they did not see anything and did not get anything.
