Our booking online had not been registered by the hotel and they said this happens to them often.

Staff were great even though they were out in a difficult situation by Booking.com

The fact Booking.com got the booking so wrong! We deserve a refund. We did not stay due to the room not having an ensuite as published. Not the first time this has happened at this hotel. Staff were great, but due to this oversight my partner could not use the downstairs shared facilities being a disability pensioner. Please send the the details to obtain a refund.

We didn't stay at the venue. When we went to check in, we had to go the main bar of the hotel and were then informed that it was a shared bathroom.

Too small and up two...

The room is classed as a family room was anything but very small and rooms are up 2 flights of stairs

We didn’t have breakfast as this was not mentioned by the staff.

It was on the Murray river. The pub and food were great.

The rooms are tiny. The ensuite was tiny. If you are a bigger person you would have problems using the shower and toilet. The bed was uncomfortable. Every time you moved te springs would as well. In the morning you could heat the pigeons in the roof. While having a shower you could smell bird poop.

Comfortable beds. Basic country pub accommodation. Good food in the bistro.

I mistakenly booked a room with a shared bathroom, but the hotel had a room with a private bathroom available at an extra cost.

I stayed here for the weekend while competing in the Hillclimb Championships at The Bend track. This hotel is cheaper than the one at the track but still in a convenient location, only 5 mins drive. Some rooms have a nice view of the river, and my room was comfortable with good air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff are also friendly and very helpful. I ate at the restaurant twice and I thought the schnitzel is really good, and so is the garlic bread. The view from the restaurant is nice.

The rooms don't have a microwave or cutlery/crockery, however there is a communal area which has these things and a large fridge so I managed. According to signs in the communal area, the fridge is supposed to have glass bottles of water refilled daily by the hotel which guests can help themselves to. These were not present the entire weekend, and I had to ask the front bar to refill my water bottle. I didn't really like the pizza at the restaurant much though their other food is good.

Staff were nice

Bedroom was small single beds with no toilet or shower in room our view was of the roof .. curtains were shear meaning as soon as sun was up so were we.. apart from pigeons cooing as well at crack of dawn.. shared bathroom that looked tired an needs updating .

Small overpriced room with no shower or toilet. No plates or bowls and the restaurant was closed at breakfast time.They gave me a room with 2 singles when I booked a double bed, they managed to fix that at least.

Great to walk downstairs for a great meal. Good location, easy to find. Water pressure in the shower is amazing

Noisy at its on the highway. Rooms are very small and the ensuite is tiny. Had a two bedroom villa on Kangaroo Isalnd for a the same price and three times the room.
