Motel Riverbend

Really good value for money. It appears that money has been spent to update and has been used not just to make it look good for the pictures but to give benefit to consumers - redone bathroom, good beds, new carpet, thoughtful add ons and smells and looks clean. What you hope for and rarely get at this price point

I received a phone call about time of arrival. As I was 5 minutes away reception staff waited for me at 6.15 pm. I was able to purchase breakfast and enquire about where to eat out for dinner. The room was quiet, clean and had everything I needed for an over night stay.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, minimum noise.

The water for our coffee made it undrinkable. Milk sachets to small.

Beautifully clean, quiet and well equipped room. The bed was really comfortable.I expected some road noise but we heard nothing.

This motel isnt new and the room not large but it was fine for our overnight stay.However, this would have to be the cleanest room Ive ever stayed in!Everything was spotless and the owners had also left a cute Christmas reindeer biscuit with the coffee/tea. A very nice touch!

Very nice and welcoming staff. Immaculately clean room with a mercifully close car park. So helpful in unloading the car.

Some plumbing issues including a dribble of hot water (Low water pressure) and semi-blocked sink.

Absolutely nothing. It was a dump.

They have a no smoking policy but there was always a strong smell of marijuana filtering through the place. The reception and house keeping staff are the rudest bunch of women I have ever dealt with.They should think about changing careers because they are failing miserably at guest service.

This is a really lovely highway motel. Good size rooms, very clean, modern bathrooms, staff friendly. Highly recommend. Deserves more than 3 starts. Tailed Bend is a cute town beyond the highway. Great coffee at Revival. Recommend for a stop over.
