Rydges Pit Lane

We were attracted to the novelty of staying at a racetrack facility and the Rydges provides modern accommodation as part of the Bends circuit. The reception area contains some beautiful race cars.

Food choices in the evening were limited, but our meal was very nice. It would have been nice to get a view of the track rather than the car park, especially when the place was really quiet. That wasn't the case about 7.00am when a trucker in the car park decided to share his taste in music....The carpet in the room desperately needed a vacuum.We'd paid for breakfast in advance and although we could choose items from a set menu, the cost of each item was less than we'd already paid and we were still asked to pay extra for tea and coffee (which we declined to do).

Comfortable rooms

Not able to get dinner there. Because the restaurant was full. Even for hotel guests. No restaurants for 10 kms.

Excellent hotel with amazing facilities and very family friendly. Good food and entertainment, and our room had a superb view, we will be back for sure.

The Cafe downstairs was without staff for a while, leaving customers to wait 20 mins for a coffee, other than that issue it was an excellent hotel with great rooms, excellent restaurant and the view was spectacular!

I looved the shower which was large and relaxing and the room was modern and comfy. The staff were also great

I was expecting the restaurant and bar to be open on days that werent a public holiday, as indicated when i booked, but it was closed the whole time

Restaurant not open for dinner on Sunday. Substitute meals at reception according to menu not all available. Chicken salad does not look close to the photo that is displayed by menu photo. Restaurant availability should be made available prior to booking.

Better to have a trackside room and ask for a room near to the lift if you don’t want to walk a long way to the room

The rooms were in very good condition and very clean.

Not value for money, the track view rooms were actually slightly smaller but more expensive.Definitely don't prepay for its breakfast. It was actually better quality and more money for value going to the nearby hungry jacks.

The beds on casters without breaks made for it to be unsafe to sit on without it moving. Could be quite a hazard

Excellent service and clean room. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the 1st level which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Staff were rude and not many onLifts not working needed to carry luggage up stairs

The split system did not work after 9:00pm and no service so I had no aircon or heater all night very uncomfortable

unfortunately the lift was not working which resulted in the fire escape stairs having to be used.

Lift wasn't working & there was no conditioner supplied in the bottle for the shower

I could not access netflix or youtube. Coffee cups were teacups so quite small. Lift was broken so had to drag my luggage down the stairs.
