Super convenient location and comfortable, stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean units opening on to a lovely garden. John was super-friendly and helpful. The very best pet-friendly accommodation by far.

Amazing! This room was perfect. It was spacious, with two lounge chairs, a little kitchen, a comfortable bed, solid water pressure, super kind owner john, welcome cookies, walkable to town. And at such a Reasonable rate. Thank you!

John the owner was so nice. We felt very welcomed. The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. Would definately recommend a stay there.

This was hands down the nicest accomodation of our trip and a shame that we couldn’t stay longer! From the welcome we received on arrival to every small detail. Room was huge and has absolutely everything you need ( microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking pan). The small kitchen even had an electric cooking pan so you can cook a proper meal, the fridge was stocked with a small milk for coffees, and there were cookies on the shelf! The bed was super king so it was huge and very comfortable. They even had turned the heater on before we arrived so the room was warm. There’s a cute outdoor veranda at the back of the room which would be lovely to enjoy breakfast or dinner. Location is minutes from the town centre. And the place is so peaceful and quiet.

Breakfast was not part of the deal. Location is excellent, quiet and secluded.

Nothing for us

The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. It was the best accommodation we stayed at in our whole trip from the North island, even down to the biscuits left to go with our tea

The location was great, we stayed one night on our way South. We were within walking distance to everything we needed and enjoyed the bush walks close by.

The size of the room was not very big but perfect for a short stay

Own breakfast. Bed comfortable. Extra hr checkout accommodated. Asked arrival time, but why?

Towels were hard, found a blue one in vanity softer. Had to ask for extra toilet roll. Mismatched cutlery/crockery. Bathroom very small and tight. Asked arrival time, but motel was cold. No upper windows for sun to warm room.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Friendly and welcoming owners who know all the local hot spots in Geraldine. Beautiful short walk from motel along river into town. Lovely outdoor area at motel. Clean and very well layed out, lovely decor and set up in room.

Well run accommodation and nothing was ever a problem. We had a very quiet room, good parking facilities and great location. No disappointments.

We enjoyed the black and white decor with art on the walls and lots of little touches to improve our stay. We spent more time in the unit than we expected because we didn't expect Geraldine to be closed on a Thursday night - a disappointing lack of things to do, so appreciated our accommodation even more.

We had no complaints about this motel - really well equipped and with a friendly helpful host.
