Andorra Motel

Very clean. Exceptional service. Stayed for two weeks. Could not have asked for better experience. Will be coming back next year.

Cleanliness, nice balcony, only a block from Thermal Spa

Only thing was the information provided stated it was ground floor, but when we checked in It was on 2nd floor. They did carry our luggage up for us.

Car parking very conveniently right in front of the units.Very friendly staff. All was clean and complete in the units. Good breakfast place near the hotel.

Nothing we disliked!

Great motel. Very comfortable and quiet. Only stayed one night as just passing through town. Disappointed we didn’t stay longer Beds v good.. Great kitchen set up Short walk into town Focused on sustainability. Fresh little jars of milk instead of plastic mini pods

We were 2 couples, rooms 8 and 9. One room was fair, unfortunately black hairs on the bathroom floor. Our friend's room was a shocker; bathroom was in the 50's and the hairdryer was hidden in the hot water cupboard. The beds were good. The garden was beautiful.

lovely setting for motel, well off the street and away from any road noise. No noise from other guests heard either. Grounds beautifully kept and housekeeping service with a smile everyday. Lovely young lady at reception, Definitely be back, totally recommend.

nothing noted

A $10 courtesy eating coupon granted upon check in. Great to have a coffee at an adjacent coffee house.

We had an excellent stay at this motel! Everything was perfectly organized from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations, and the location was convenient and peaceful. It was clear that great care goes into running this place, and the attention to detail truly made a difference. We felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and professionally managed place to stay. Five stars!

There was nothing to dislike — everything was clean, organized, and very comfortable.

Very clean and perfectly maintained. Exceeded expectations. Comfortable bed, fully-equipped kitchen. Amazing welcome and communication by the host. 5 stars.

Big rooms with comfortable beds. Warm with full kitchen and dining facilities. Good location. Nice and quiet.

All good.

Location was great as room was situated back from the road and I could park the car just outside my unit

Not being able to connect to wi fi as I had an old iPad. I have been travelling around new zealand and this was the first time I couldn't get wi fi where I stayed.

The room was larger than expected and certainly had all we needed. The bed was very comfortable, including the pillows, with a good selection. The staff were very friendly.

Really friendly staff lovely presented grounds

Tissue boxes stuffed full of tissues that had been pulled from another tissue box and therefore previously handled - this is not hygienic practice

Welcoming host. Clean quiet spacious room.

Very spacious and well planned apartment which had everything we needed. The host was welcoming, extremely helpful and very hard working to ensure everything was perfect. The buildings are set back off the road so there is no traffic noise. Whole complex is clean, tidy and beautifully maintained.
