One front desk person was quite unfriendly, she was almost rude! She was this way the last couple of years we were there too. Turns us off from coming again. Every other staff member were very friendly.

Rude front staff and management! Would not refund even with proof of positive Covid and blood work. I could not fly out and lost my money on this hotel because of inconsiderate management team. Very unfortunate that people are so selfish and rude.

Location near work. Vouchers for after hours food but menu limited . This place is for vacationers not business travelers .

It seemed I could hear a pin drop in the hallway at all hours of the day . ZERO sound proofing . This made getting to sleep difficult to impossible. Noisey children or other people at late hours bad .

the room was nice

just lacking in what we've come to expect at a Residence inn. the staff made us seem like a bother that we were even there. the pool restaurant took an hour and a half to bring us our food which created a large problem when traveling with a toddler.

Was charged 2fees on top of booking rate I paid. The room was damp and had water damage and mold in shower area.

The location was nice and quiet, clean and safe.

I¿m a titanium elite member and was not allowed a late check and staff add additional fees over and beyond. I didn¿t have a car took uber to and from location.

Great location. Great Staff. Nice clean rooms. Great Pool. Bikes and beach chairs. PERFECT

Room was big and confortable

Parking 38 per night plus tax seems expensive Breakfast could add waffle machine

All staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop (heated) pool and cabanas were a bonus. Quick access to the beach. Able to rent chairs and bikes is a bonus, but charging the $30/fee is a bit much, especially if guest don't plan to use them.

The breakfast and bed were the worst. Booked mainly bc of daily breakfast. You'd think the hotel would offer different items but they didn't. Powered eggs, bagels & eggo waffles. The mattress was rock hard and the pillows way too soft. Causes aching back.

It was clean and worth what we paid, I liked the location. I also found it helpful that the hotel was willing to accommodate us when we complained about our hotel room smelling like mildew. However, we were not compensated for our night which was bad.

The smell of the room was moldy, ended up with a bad headache.

Nice hotel, great service, no issues during our stay, pool and breakfast were good, reception was very helpful, would recommend this hotel.

No major issues.

GM  is so nice and helpful, he personally brought me a bicycle and cleaned it.

did not clean my room on the 3rd night which is the night they change sheets. did not clean another day either. came to a dirty room twice.

Room. The mattress that was on the sofa bed for my son was horrible. It was dirty, nasty, hard, and you could feel the springs coming through. To fix the issue they gave us an extra thin blanket and a few sheets. Birthday on hard cot.

Its overall place where it is located is excellent. The area is very quiet and gives the opportunity to tour the surroundings without so many people on top of one another. The staff is excellent and breakfast is great, plus the bar.

The pull out sofa bed was broken, but everything else was great. Also on Their website it had 2 queen room avail, but when I get to the desk to change to the 2 queen room the staff stated rooms weren't avail because housekeepers hadn't cleaned them at 6pm
