Front desk staff very friendly, room was very quiet and no noises heard from inside or out

No housekeeping for 7 days during your stay although can be requested, room cleanliness when checking in could be better

Rooms are nice, beds comfortable.

We checked in after 8pm. No one at front desk. Finally get to room and Room was freezing when we walked in. Turned heat on which took 4 hours to get some warmth.

The amenities and the willingness of the front desk staff to help when they were obviously understaffed

There was a smell in the room that got worse over my stay Deep cleaning and a more through cleaning bewteen guests was needed

The bed seemed a little small. No real milk or cream for lobby coffee.

Location was good , but it was random ppl walking around like they live there way to comfortable. My toilet didn¿t work and they took a 500& deposit from my credit card

It took over 40 minutes to get checked in. The person at the front desk was new and it was his first day. He did an excellent job and did everything he could but had absolutely no help from senior staff. 3 people left to go elsewhere.

Stayed 2 nights. Rooms were clean and met expectations. Problem was the strong smell of an odor other than tobacco on my same floor. Seemed to be understaffed somewhat, but understood considering businesses are trying to get back to "normal".

Very accommodating and clean.

Ran out of diet coke.

They charged me a $250 cleaning fee stating they smelled smoke in my room. I DO NOT SMOKE AND I NEVER HAVE SMOKED EVER. Told them this and they still won¿t refund my money.

A/C worked well close to the concert venue

Did not get a good vibe about the place - did not feel safe. Made my husband get something from the car because I didn¿t want to go to the car by myself. The police were there twice in 10 hours in what we were told were domestic violence calls.

Queen size bed completely inadequate. Even 2 star hotels have better queens. They demanded $70 additional for a King.

It was clean and fairly quiet.

Our single queen bed 'suite' was really small. It may have worked, if it were well designed - but it wasn't. There is no maid service - their excuse is "we're an extended stay hotel". You have to take your towels to the front desk to get new. Horrible

No room cleaning or trash removal,no fresh towels was told to use washbasket in the closet to bring my used towels to the front desk and pick up fresh ones. Whatever happened to hotel service. Not what I expected for the price!!! No breakfast.

They don't have a common ice maker. Every room has a refrigerator that can make ice, but you have to turn it on and wait till morning. When morning comes, there won't be enough ice.

PRICE! Wall thermostat in the room was broken. Television remote controls worked poorly. Staff wasn't very helpful.

The hotel staff was very courteous which made the stay more enjoyable. My issue was with the inability to keep the air conditioning going.

The cooling system automatically turns off after a set number of minutes. Subsequently, I woke up very very warm both nights. For this reason alone, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

The gentleman at the front desk was great.
