Cleanliness, Hotel staff was very helpful

Blanket on bed appeared to have mold in it

Check-in: “Will” is phenomenal- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Bar staff- not friendly or engaging.

Clean and provided all of the hygienic products in bathroom. Big parking lot.

Was not given any goodies during check in that previous reviews said they received. No breakfast included.

Staff was nice.

We picked this hotel for the hot tub. The hot tub was not working. Very disappointing.

Quiet.

The bed linens were stained. There were no nearby restaraunts or stores. The hotel was a bit run down and needs a remodel.

It¿s in a great location and is super cute

While it looks charming they have done a lot of upgrades but have done them cheaply. There were cracks in the shower where the ceiling meets the walls. Water bubbled and dripped all over the floor. Just a mess. Looks great from far away

The staff was really nice and the location was convenient.

The bed was off its base and there were 3 large metal pieces exposed which I almost cut my leg on. That was not good at all!

Been here a few times, the staff is above and beyond in their interactions with guests. I'll always stay here when I'm in Milwaukee.

Friendly and accommodating staff and GM. Great beds and pillows. Excellent food at the restaurant. Had the salmon and beef. Fresh coffee and an excellent real breakfast. Nice workout room.

Th swimming pool for my kids! But even that was dirty

Super clean & exactly as depicted. Loved the friendly staff and food at 8900 was amazing! PM receptionist lady was amazing & 8900 waiter for dinner was a wonderful being, probably deserves a raise haha

Great room. Quiet room. Clean room .

Close to the sports facility

Room was dirty, cheese popcorn by head of bed, finger smudges on everything, TV remote didn't work. Room had stale smell, floors were dirty in room. Bar/restaurant closed early.

Price was excellent, location was good for where we needed to go.

Room was not clean. Pictures had greasy fingerprints on them, splatters of unknown substance on the sides of the built-ins to hold the TV and refrigerator. I believe the sheets had been washed and changed but they were stained. Carpet and chair we dirty.

Room arrangement and furniture very nice. Views from room were scenic. Food that was ordered was timely and tasty.

No security! Children running freely through hallways late at night. Extremely noisy and not accompanied by an adult. Covid precautions and restrictions not enforced. Not enough staff.

The restaurant was excellent. Great service and very accommodating.

Literally not even coffee or juice for breakfast. Not a grab n go or anything. Had to deal with loud kids and parents who don't know how to make them mind. All night long screaming and door slamming! Not conducive to sleep at all. Horrible experience

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last several years and in the last year it seems to have really declined overall. Things are broken and run down, they are short staffed, an the cleanliness is questionable. This is very discouraging.

The bed was comfortable and the heater worked.

YES! The first shift front desk worker was very rude. The light skinned girl with the lil pontytail. We could not sleep because children were running through the halls banging on the doors. There was a fight. Police had to be called... yikes.

The hotel had a great location, only a few minutes from the expressway.

Hotel was not clean at all, several common areas were not clean. My 1st room, had bugs in the bed, as well as someone else hair. The hotel did change my room, but that room had problems with the bedding and the toilet had problems. Marijuana smell too.
