Apollo Motel

Terrible beds. Not thoroughly cleaned, just an overall wiping. Coffee and cups weren't supplied , but the coffee pot was disgusting looking anyway. For a kitchenette room there wasn’t even a full set of dishwear.Cabinets were falling apart n brown rotting

Pool and Staff were really helpful and nice.

I didn’t check to see if the room was on what floor and had to make several trips up and down 3 flights to unload and then again when it was time to go there was no elevator and I asked they said they had nothing available on the lower floors.

Location

Bathroom was way outdated with broken toilet seat and loose to the floor. Reeked of urine. No blankets! Thank god I brought one with me. The couch was unusable. It was dirty. Also smelled. The stovetop had to be lit by hand no matches provided

The hotel wus clean location wus right on the beach just about. The room wus very clean also.

Beds a little uncomfortable and no shampoo supplied for the shower.

Location to beach, pool was real nice and room super clean and staff was attentive once a day in bringing fresh towels and tidying up room

Toilet was loose at the floor and there was a urine odor permeating there.

The pool is clean and beach walk is a breeze Low budget worth for a weekend

The musky smell of humidity in the room as the ac unit is set to specific temp that not cold enough

On the beach

Staff wasn't friendly everything in room dated. No soap shampoo or hand soaps in room. Had to ho buy at a store.

It is in a quiet location with amble parking.

The furniture, especially the mattresses, are old and hard. It offered a terrible night's rest.

Clean Sheets, and Tile Floor

Old, no chain lock for securing door when in room. Parking Spaces too tight, got a dentist my new car

It was the only hotel available on short notice

Pulled out the sofa bed and a bunch of garbage was underneath it. Mattresses and pillows very uncomfortable. Air conditioner was an extremely noisy window unit that kept turning on and off.

Location and view

No wifi in rooms - went to front desk and the person mentioned there were 4 wifi and asked me connect. However there was no connection available within the rooms Gas ovens were questionable since had to use matches to turn on

The best part was being able to walk straight onto the beach.

There was NO maid service. The coffee pot was broken and disgustingly dirty. No comforters on the beds just single sheets. Rooms were dirty and in need of repairs. This hotel hasn¿t had an upgrade in decades. Not worth the money spent.

The hotel was right next to the beach and just a short walk to the water. The kitchen was small but adequate.

The bathroom was so tiny. The toilet was the smallest toilet I've ever seen. The shower knobs and faucet literally looked like they were going to fall off the wall when I turned on the shower. They also only gave us 2 bars of soap in the room. Outdated.

Location

I¿m disabled & they put us on the 3rd floor with no elevator! It was very difficult to go up & down every day. The floors were disgusting-had to purchase a cheap mop just to be able to walk on them. Only the bedroom had AC-living room & kitchen did not.

Hotel looked great online but was pictures from maybe 20 years ago. Place is structurally different now.

My 2 daughters & myself left the hotel after room the n 2 hrs was found to be very dirty, small poss. bed bugs in floor, dirty blankets, musty odor, staff folding towels for guest off office floor mixed with dish towels dirty dish towels. Want refund!

Cheap finishes in room and heavily used.

What I liked best about the hotel was the location.

What I did not like was the blankets if I did not bring mine I would have been upset. They were very old,and smelled.

The pool

Had no blankets. Very hard to get extra towels etc room was WAY smaller and less accommodating then the website portrayed. Parking was terrible.

The location was nice being right on the beach.

The room was a bit dirty when we arrived. The pull out couch was broken, we had to sit there and bend the metal stand to make it usable. The shower doesn't have a head on it so its basically like standing under a hose.

The beach was right there

Room was not clean smelled bad sheets were dirty staff were not helpful. We will never return there im very upset we wasted our money
