- Carpet in the bedroom area felt grimy when u were in ur bare feet. The screen was missing from the front window which we had to keep closed. No hairdryer in room, had 2 buy air fresheners for the room & clean the toilet seat, there were hairs on the seat.

The staff was polite and courtesy. Though we didn't have a balcony, the outdoor patio on the second floor was more than comfortable and provided a perfect view of the ocean.

Even though we didn't use it, the pool was nice, with nice outdoor community deck.
First, it is NOT ocean front. sheet on pull out Rooms are ocean side with ocean view from deck which is not private. No blankets were on beds, no sheet on pullout, phone to call office didn't work and air conditioner was horrible and stuffy.Won't be back.

I can't think of any cons. The Kaiwki is amazing. The rooms are very clean, the beds were amazing and comfy. The other vacationers were so friendly and were like instant family. The pool is heated and crystal clear. Beautiful!!!!

Check-in was not smooth. There was confusion over the amount I was supposed to pay. During check-in I wasn't informed about amenities, not given WiFi password. Poor service
I have been coming here for 33yrs.There is a family feel from the front desk,to our wonderful cleaning lady. The grills are conveniently located with beautoful views of the beach and pool. I miss it already.

This hotel is located right near the boardwalk with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. It's close enough to the boardwalk shops and amusement park that one can walk there, but far enough to be quiet and undisturbed by the activity further down.
