Hampton Inn Chicago-Midway Airport (Bedford Park)

Front desk person was not friendly during check in. Breakfast was bad and not well stocked.

The staff were efficient and very friendly.

The fridge in our room was too cold; some of our water bottles were frozen and it was not in the freezer.

The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. They allowed me to check in early plus they had a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was great and fresh .

Proximity to airport and nice dining options and free parking.

Workout room shut down. Parking. Loud noises at night could n out sleep had a huge test the next morning for national boards.

Very clean and close to the Midway airport. Was able to walk to a great Italian restaurant. Great neighborhood too

Room was dirty.There were stains all over the couch and when we opened it to use the hide a bed for my child, the sheets were never changed. There were food crumbs and sprinkles all over the place. Also this was not an "Executive" room by any means.

Nothing stands out. We were charged for parking, yet no parking spaces were available.

Severe gnats. Staff  with the reddish hair was exceptionally rude and racist. She continued to target our party for laughing, yet it was the party next to us. She played a loud radio the next day and night. She was terrible.

Free breakfast offered but very limited vegan options. Coffee was bad and again no non dairy options.

The location, most of the staff, & the room was relaxing.

The 3rd shift front desk was rude

That it is dog friendly, eady to be able to bring our pets, and know that they are safe while we are out.

No, we always enjoy staying at the Hampton, have never had any complaints about this establishment.

My stay at the hotel was flawless. I especially liked and enjoyed the free breakfast,the food was hot and fresh,it was also very tasty. We didn't have much interactions with the employees. They were always busy handling customers. My problem was late

I will admit,it was my neglect. That led to Me leaving an item in the room at 4 am to catch a flight. However I called back before check out at noon. I alerted the front desk to the left item. I know for a fact it was there. But it hadnt or cant be lo

Location and cleanness

Yes you have to pay for parking at the hotel. I was not aware of the extra costs.

The check in process was quick and efficient and the front desk clerk was very nice. We are able to check in about 45 minutes earlier than expected.

They did not have any sort of "store" so had to buy $3 water and soda from a machine.

Hotel was close to my work location. I enjoyed the room and it's cleanliness. Breakfast offered a nice selection of items.

Parking was an issue. Hard to find a parking spot in the hotel complex. Hotel provides parking for travelers flying out of Midway which limits parking for normal guests.
