The room and limited USB ports. The bed side table had the only USB port and the office table did not have any USB ports.

None that I can think of. The only reason I did not rate a full 10 is because any hotels will always have room for improvement.

The staff was friendly, the pool was clean, they serve breakfast with a lot of options, was great for a weekend stay.

Only complaint was that the room was cleaned really minimally. Still some mold and dirt here and there

Room was large and very spacious and clean. Well stocked with towels and accessories. The only problem was bugs. Found and killed 5 ladybugs and 3 stink bugs. During the night, woke up with a stink bug crawling on neck. Looked around and saw more bugs

We love the convenience of this hotel. We always stay here when we are visiting Pigeon Forge, super close to everything but not right in the middle of all the chaos either. Very beautiful Hotel. Very Clean. The breakfast crew is very sweet and welcoming.

I thought everything was great. I do wish the showers had Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash pumps. I purposely didn¿t pack any, thinking that this was available. The bathrooms were very lightly stocked. So we had to ask for more towels, shampoo bottles,et

Our room was spacious and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was a little dirty with mold on the outside of the tub, the sink had a crack in it and the drains in the sink and shower were a little slow to drain.We were only able to open the curtains a little because something was wrong with the rods

Blocked entrance by stadium activity. The hotel needs its own entrance. Delayed for an hour waiting for people leaving the stadium.

Exercise room was nice and had wipes available to clean equipment before/after use. They offered a full breakfast.

Front entrance was under construction when checking in. No signs that we had to use the back door.. Bathroom had some repair issues.

The Hotel and room were pristine. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at.

Literally only thing that I would have changed was the pillows. They could have been a little fluffier.

It's close to everything but not in the middle of all the traffic and noise. The staff was wonderful! Nice breakfast each morning, Sunday morning was fresh fruit, waffles, omelets, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, pastries. Very satisfied.

Well the hotel has no control over this but the new traffic pattern at the exit to go there is crazy. We had to go down & uturn because it was confusing. Just be careful

Front desk workers including manager on duty were too busy talking and interacting to make me feel welcome or tell me anything about the hotel. I had to ask later where everything was located.
