Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville-Kodak, TN

This is our fourth time staying here. We have always been impressed with the continental breakfast in this hotel.

The floor in the hotel room was disgusting. There was a broken fingernail on one of the towels. There were dirty socks next to the pillow. The room had a stale smell. The woman at the check in desk had no personality and was quite rude.

The pool was clean and the front staff was really awesome!

There is a dingy smell in the rooms and the hallway floors need a lot of cleaning. Also our room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There was stuff on the walls and hair on the shower wall.

Very friendly front desk staff and room was very clean, bed comfortable.

Hallways were a bit dirty and bathrooms were small.

Clean, comfortable, safe, and ample parking.

Elevator is dirty looking, needs new carpet. Doors bang loudly, need dampers installed to keep from slamming.

The staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The carpets were very dirty in all hallways and our room was definitely not sweep. Carpet in room was also very dirty and smelled like a dirty wet dog.

Great price, very clean and a very nice breakfast.

Good location and very good breakfast.

Only one person working and they had to help another guest. We couldn’t check in when we arrived, so we drove around and came back 10 minutes later.

Cleanliness and location

Sink would not drain, bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

The guy that checked is in was very pleasant as well as the lady running the breakfast.

The hotel want as clean as you would expect. The carpets in the halls had food and whatever else all over, definitely needed a good vacuum. The bathroom walls need to be painted, they were very discolored, at least in our room.

There was mildew built up around water areas in the room. Sink was not clogged, but very very very slow.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants.

There was a cockroach in the room. Husband smooshed it and it is no longer there.

The affordable price and the location was great.

You pay extra for outside balcony....but they are in bad shape with spider webs , bird droppings and bugs , I doubt anyone uses the patio.... that's a waste of customers money....

I stayed at the Radison the night before, I liked the Country Inn better. Was a better set up to suit me. I loved access to fresh air via the balcony door. and a bath tub after along day of photographing in parking lots.

strong scent on the lobby, some scent on the room, and the light on the balcony flashed off and on but these did not take away form the things I liked.

There were bugs in our bed. Kitchen area is wayyyyy too small as is the check in area.
