Quality Inn Kodak Sevierville

Older hotel with doors from the outside but had been 100% remodeled. Very clean and staff were very nice.

Cleanliness. Satisfying breakfast. Friendly staff.

Everything was absolutely perfect, beds were comfortable, staff was very sweet and supportive. Rooms where cleaned and food was terrific!

This is a great hotel! The rooms are spacious & clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is awesome! We stay at this hotel everytime we travel from MS to Nj or MD.

It was very conveniently located right of I 40 for an easy roll into the motel, and back on route in the morning. Staff were very nice.

Hotel lobby and breakfast area were really nice than you get to the room which was old really smokey smelling and all the furniture curtains and rugs need to be replaced when you have asthma not a place to stay

Hotel was good, but some of the young men who apparently were guests, decided to party in the parking lot until after midnight.

The rooms were old. You could see they tried to remodel but the old was still showing through

The hotel offered a good value for the price. The beds were great, bedding was comfortable and clean. New carpet. The hot breakfast was very nice.

The hotel was right off the interstate, the rooms were clean, friendly staff, clean lobby. It was quiet. just far enough from the interstate to where you didn't hear the traffic. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, cereal etc.

My only complaint would be the bed. The mattress was a bit too firm, felt a little on the cheap side. Not too bad but would have preferred softer.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast offerings were good including biscuits, scrambled eggs, gravy, and sausage. Nice, clean, older property that only needs the mattresses upgraded to be able to recommend this hotel.

Mattress was woefully old and not supportive at all. Worst sleep we have had on a hotel mattress ever. Felt like a mattress from thirty years ago. Most 2.5 star hotels have supportive mattresses that offer a restful night sleep.

Location

This is definitely NOT. 2.5 star. You need to change the 'similar to Fairfield Inn & Hokiday Inn express. It's not even close!!! It's clean, but outside rooms, no elevator?! It's more like a 1 star...

The staff here is excellent. They are super friendly. Our room was clean and the pool was nice and right across from where they put us.

Breakfast was somewhat limited. Could use more options, but what they did offer was good. The curtains in the room did not block much light.
