Quiet and location

Environmental Hygiene. Certain smoking quests lack of respect towards the hotel property and its environmental. Just dropping their cigarettes waste anywhere around. Just use the bin or keep the waste in your room. (My opinion)

Its Location and quietness.

Just a stranger knocking at my door in a disturbing manner just after a day stay at the hotel, who most likely was acting out in a weird way like a drunk or one who missed its way. Just that was very concerning.

It had a big refrigerator and a microwave

No wifi. There were cockroaches in my room. The place seemed really dangerous... and it took half an hour to check in because the system is so slow and the clerk seemed overwhelmed. (Not his fault.)

Roaches and ripped us off $100 extra. Asked for card to confirm reservation and charged us extra money.

Not much to like. It's exactly what you would think. A cheap room for the night. Vent fixtures appeared to have mold on them but the rest of the room appeared reasonably clean. Dated...

Check-in took awhile as you are required to sign several pages for room damage insurance. The room is much smaller than the pictures suggest. It's the size of a college dorm room. No chairs for guests. If you can afford it go elsewhere...

the person at the desk was welcoming, warm and seemed like the owner. Also, clean, large fridge. Nice mattress/good sleep. quiet area. although small, efficient layout.

the tip culture. the cleaning staff left an envelope for a tip.

Their client file organization & efficiency. They directed me to exactly where the room was located.

There was only 2 washers & 2 dryers. When I came to start my laundry the people occupying them were nowhere to be found. I waited......& never got my laundry done.

The price of the room

The bugs, creepy staff, prejudice behavior, no telephones in the rooms and arrogant "so-call" general manager. The customer service is an ABSOLUTE ZERO!

Close to shopping

I?d give this hotel a zero if I could. It was crawling with cockroaches. At first you don?t notice it. Then I turned on the bathroom light and they scattered everywhere. I slept with the light then gave up. Several were on the wall and ceiling and light.

I did like the size of the rooms

This hotel has a roach infestation. Also, I used the microwave once and ended up with no power in my room. I spoke to the staff about my issues and received extremely poor customer service. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

The staff are absolutely rude and disrespectful. Constant belittling and condescending tone. I was going to recommend my family book to stay for the wedding but I immediately told them to go elsewhere

Staff were not helpful acted like they didn?t want to be there. I found roaches in my spoke to the front desk about it and had to wait over an hour for management to update me about next steps. I asked for a refund and left a day early.

Bed was clean and okay

The floor in my room was absolutely disgusting, would not step on it barefoot so I was doing the towel scoot to get socks on

Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, soap dispenser on the wall

Window blinds don't block out the street lights so the room doesn't get very dark at night

Outlet near sink was not gfci, no chair in room, no coffee as advertised.

My room appeared clean and ready upon arrival...however, the small roach prancing on the sheets that woke me up at 11:30pm kept me from falling back asleep for quite some time. It was the only roach that visited, and his demise was met in the toilet.

Ease of checking in/out, free parking, and decent location.

Check-in staff at the late hour was not a good experience. She seemed put out or like she could care less.

Nothing the manager was very rude. Attitude every day for no reason at all. He complained about me the daily key. He complained about me making a oayment at 11a. He complained but never once came to fix the toilet. I spent over $--- in a few weeks

It was not clean. Toilet broken. Bad location. It took me several minutes to be able to pull out from the hotel and cross the highway to stay on route 1 and avoid getting on other highway. Very dangerous entering/exit. Entrance is broken up so you have to
