Very clean room. Friendly staff and check out at noon worked out well

Clean room, location is good.

We booked for 6 nights early. Asked to be in a certain location of the hotel and the request was not honored by the hotel. Rude front desk associate, terrible bed. We had to get a mattress topper to make it tolerable

There isn¿t ONE negative comment I could make about my week-long stay. The staff went above my expectations and were responsive to my needs. The room was spotless, the breakfast menu was complete, and this location is perfect for the Lakes Region.

The free breakfast selection was minimal; same entree both days of stay.

Love the style of the rooms at this hotel. The full fridge with stove top and microwave was a cool feature.

The floors in the room seem like they haven¿t been cleaned in forever, couldn¿t even walk barefoot made your feet just feel sticky and dirty. The pool was gross seemed like that hadn¿t been cleaned in a long time either.

Awakened by drilling sound (from adjacent room?)about 7:15 am first morning. Hotel said no work being done then, apologized. First time ever noticed noise from neighbors.

The only problem was that the breakfast ended to early on weekdays (9:00am) & on weekends (9:30am). Also the hot food was the same every day.

Great room; friendly, helpful staff; excellent location for me.

Rooms are well equipped whether you need to cook a meal or get some work done.

I always get a message that the security on the wifi is not trusted.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location for our trip.

Hotel was short staffed on a Friday. No answer at front desk, and employee was frazzled. The bed was firm and uncomfortable. The coffee was not replenished without being asked twice - on a Saturday morning. Hotel pool was out of clean towels at 10:30am.

Loved the close proximity to the Meadowbrook concert venue and Weirs Beach/Meredith area 10-15 minutes. Continental breakfast was great but ended at 9 - a bit early. Glad I didnt miss it as thats not what I was told when I checked in. Otherwise perfect.

Updated and clean room.

We asked for a pack n play at the front desk and was told they didn't have any. We had to sleep with our toddler in our bed. When checking out I discovered they did have pack n plays and the person who helped me didn't know what she was talking about.

Staff was supererb, so helpful with our two little ones who can be a handful when we travel. thanks so much for your hospitality!

Location was a bit off the main areas, but quiet at least.

Just came there to sleep. Was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was.

You pay for what you get. In this case it exceeded its price point so it¿s not really a negative.

All the comforts if home. Clean and great breakfast !
