Location, clean, friendly staff. Great manager!!

Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good foe a hotel free breakfast.

The bathroom was not very clean especially the tub. It has old stains in it and needs to be replaced. I put a towel down to step in it. The smell of bleech was too strong when we first arrived.

The location was great, really close to alot of restaurants and shopping. Did not take long to travel to downtown from this location.

Very Clean and Close to the Airport

For a Memorial Day Weekend, The Pool did not have clean towels, We weren't able to have the breakfast due to an early flight. Recommend having atleast some basic items for early travelers.

Upon arriving in Charleston I realized I had left all of my credit and debit cards at home, in NY. Instead of telling me to get lost, Fairfield Inn & Suites said oh so here's what we can do to help you! Above and beyond any expectations!

Absolutely nothing I did not like and will return each time I visit Charleston!

The staff was exceptional. The cleanliness of the rooms, common areas and the grounds was wonderful.

The pool was closed for three days. They offered we can go to another nearby hotel to use theirs, but that was not what we paid for. I do not want to pack and leave to use the pool.

The staff was very helpful. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The shower was a great experience. The breakfast was even very good for a hotel breakfast. I really cannot complain or find an issue with this hotel at all.

The location was not the easiest to get to, but that was the only issue.

Near airport and across the street from Tanger Outlets. Also, Wal-Mart was approx 1/4 mile down the road.

The flooring is thin. MY room was on the 3rd floor. Heard people walking all night long from 4th floor. Didn't get much sleep.

Good value! Comfy beds! Yummy breakfast! I'll be back!

Some things show neglect and the bathrooms are inadequate. Rusty door hinges, buckling wall paper, inadequate water flow from sink faucet, broken toilet paper holder. At the very least cleaning personnel could notify maintenance to repair.

The hotel staff was wonderful. We had some handicap needs and the initial room didn't work for our specific needs but they kept working on options for us until we found the perfect solution.

Lobby was clean and Staff friendly. Breakfast was done well the first day, but the second day was not kept up to date with the demand.

Room was somewhat disappointing. Windows dirty, sheers on window were ripped. Bathroom sink drain barely worked. Rust on bathroom door hinges and some mold on tub grout. Door in need of paint. Definitely not a 9.1.

The lady who gave me very good directions and helped me with an airport cab the next day was lovely! My return shuttle driver was very helpful and personable also. Room was spotless and buffet reception enjoyable!

I wish the pool had been heated or enclosed in April and I wish I had known the limited hours on the airport shuttle (7:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.). A little hard to find as it is hidden behind some trees. Some extra signage would help! Thanks!
