Customer service, location and cleanliness of suite

Not bad. Typical TownePlace

The water tap at the bathroom sink was clogged and consequently, the water flow was not even. It was kind of squirting outside the sink. Also too noisy due to being close to an air force base.

I checked in on July 3rd and the two staff members, the young lady at the desk and the shuttle driver, deserve special recognition. They were both extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay again.

1/2 of the continental breakfast was broken or missing. The juice machine was broken and the waffle makers were broken.

Cleanliness. Staff excellen t housekeeping very friendly.

Everything was perfect.

Everything! the staff was great. My room was clean. I had just experience a horrible hotel stay at another hotel (I will not mention the name). When I checked into the Towneplace they made sure that I was comfortable with my stay. I give this hotel a 10¿¿

Loved the small touches that the hotel added to be as welcoming as possible. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful

Hotel appeared to be fairly new. Everything was modern and up to date.

That it was close by to everything

Everyone was super friendly and over all a really great experience. Bonus that we were able to log into our Hulu and Netflix accounts. Definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Definitely booking again when back in the area :)

Location was close to the airport.. They offered a free shuttle to the airport and many stores and restaurants were close by.

We have just had a short stay in The Marriott ToneSuites. (family of 5 adults). Spacious rooms with wonderful staff, extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly Donna. She gave us lots of ideas for things to see and do in the vicinity. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in spotless surroundings, a pool which we didn’t have a chance to avail of. A wonderful shuttle service available to guests to and from the airport, to the shopping mall etc. we thoroughly recommend it. We will definitely return. Jacqueline & Family. Galway. Ireland
