Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston Airport

The Hotel was nice, my room was ok. My only complaint was the bathroom sink did not drain well. It needed to be fixed. Overall the hotel lobby was very nice. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

The staff, we had an issue that was out of anyone?s control happen to us while we were staying at the Hampton Inn. The Assistant Hotel Manager and his staff were BEYOND helpful!!

The bathroom toilet and tub were very small and seemed unusually low to the ground.

Breakfast

Room had stains on floor, walls and seating. Thought on booking room it was daily cleaning but no one came was told it is every other day. We pay more money for hotel rooms and get less. Just like potato chips larger bag less chips.

Hampton Inns never disappoint. You know what you are walking into. The staff was friendly, got us checked in quickly. And the hotel and rooms were clean! Not to mention they have the best complimentary breakfast of any hotel chain.

Nothing!

Everything was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean. This is my choice of hotels when traveling.

I wasn't sure about where the dirty laundry should be placed.

Room was spacious and well equipped, beds were comfortable, bathroom well designed. Stuff was very polite and accommodative, complimentary breakfast was tasty with sufficient variety of food for breakfast.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was good and had nice variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Not the hotel but the road it was on. We found it really hard to turn out of the parking lot because of the heavy traffic and speeding. Was a bit hard to see. Need a stoplight or something there.

The staff, location and cleanliness. Free breakfast is a nice amenitiy but all Hampton have been serving the same food for years. I would suggest changing it up a bit.

Would have preferred that guest be required to wear mask in common areas. The breakfast was decent but could be better. Need better yogurt selections.

Smell of sewage in the bathroom that the staff did not address.

Room seemed expensive for level of the experience. It seemed more like a 2-star. There were strange people eating their carry-out meals and hanging around lobby tables all evening wanting to randomly converse with guests who came through.

Beautifully designed. The lobby was gorgeous and the breakfast was great.

There were drinks in our fridge and clothes in the drawers but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was extravagant! Beautiful interior, best smelling hotel I have EVER stayed in, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast chaotic, unhygienic, and most food was not replaced. This hotel could have received top score on everything if it wasn''t for the terrible breakfast experience.
