location was quiet, room was spacious

beat up furniture, property rundown

Roach infested, they halfway clean the rooms, they don't mop the floors at all, they don't do room serve, and breakfast is never served on time

Grounds and rooms dirty. My children's feet were black from walking on the floor and bugs were everywhere.

It had bed bugs and roaches sink in bathroom was very nasty

No remote for tv. Floors dirty Shower curtain falling off wall People yelling outside room

Yes we turned the keys back in an hour after there. It was very dirty and my husband was afraid we would get bugs.

Not really a lot to like. The card key worked - bed was good.

Lobby smelled bad, (omen for the stay) Facility was not as represented in photos. Under staffed, 3 items for breakfast, no juice, milk. Staff was not to be found in the a.m. Rooms looked clean but not really so.

Setup of room

My room had bedbugs. I called front desk, they did not rectify the problem, offer another room, or any accommodations

The curtains were clean

Im handicap and they put me on a 2floor with 2 flights of stairs The so called manager is nasty attitude and demeanor

The room had roaches and stains everywhere along with creepy/sketchy men. The manager was trying to get me to stay and saying I was safe bc he lives there? He didn?t offer a refund even though I checked in and out in under 10 mins. Terrible experience.

Dirty curtains, roaches, dirty stove it caught a fire . 4 dryers and onlyv2 work Safety condition

The smell, unclean. not friendly and I did not feel safe. The curtain had a large burn hole in it. The floor and bathroom were filthy.

Location.

The hotel needs a major physical update. The rooms are OK but the wooden staircases are in poor condition, the curtains are poor, the kitchen is adequate. Overall, I would recommend any other hotel in the area.

Dirty sheets, I killed several roaches, they towed my car with the owners permission. It was the worst experience of my life.

The kitchen it had in room and futon and fire place.

The stains all over bed and sheets the broken handles on sink and tub and the large amount of German roaches. And having to spray and clean my own room so I knew it was done right.

It set up like a one bedroom apartment nice!

The washing machine took my money but the manager she gave it back to me!

Nothing was satisfactory at this hotel.

It was a 1 star hotel! It was advertised as a 3 star hotel. Drug addicts wandering the premises and strong odor of marijuana. Staff was so high on drugs that they couldn?t function the front desk. Dangerous location. Total misrepresentation.

Fairly close to airport

Not clean. Upstairs so difficult to pack luggage up the stairs

Everything the room was dirty there was mold in the bath tub. Stains all over the bed linen the floors hadn't been swept or mop in ages. There was drug addicts everywhere. The staff took my deposit because house keeping had trash to take out.
