Staff was helpful. Price and vicinity to the city was good

Doors were a little messed up in the room and there were some questionable folks around.

The area. Some drug users/abusers hanging around. Staff did tend to the problem.

When we initially got to our room the fridge was out. The guy at the desk immediately got us into another room with a working fridge and even helped us carry our luggage up. The front desk clerk was very friendly and showed me the best place to park!

Location with only one exit was difficult at times to get into. There was no elevator to help with carrying luggage up to the second floor.

What I liked best about the hotel was the fact that it was easy to book and extend my stay and that it progressively got Cheaper each day by couple of would recommend

The staff were wonderful , I really can't complain about the staff.

Let's say I just saw things that I did not needed to see during my stay. The breakfast should of changed at least once or twice a week. I didn't even used the pool. Woke up one morning and all the chairs were in the pool.

Staff was nice.

The floor was very dirty. Coffee pot was extra small. I didn't know they made them this small. The continental breakfast was a joke, it was literally non existent And the coffee pot didn't work very well in the lobby.

Yes my friend was getting out the shower and the shower curtain raped around her foot and it came lose and she fell and got hurt but we checked out and because of the isideny we wasn't going to get our deposit and we have already reserved a nother night a

Good location & good bed. There was LOTS of HOT water!

The breakfast was minimal at best.

Friendly staff. We checked in about 9pm after a long drive. Check in was easy. Bed was clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean. Room was nice. Pool was clean and nice.Good price. Great location. Immediately off the exit.

AC was great but the room had a very musty smell.

Did not honor "No Pet Fee". There were used needles(2) at the door to our room. We did not stay the night. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. We were concerned that our dog would step on a needle when going outside.

Nothing! It was horrible

Everything, the toilet seat was up like man had just used it, uran smell all over in the breezeway, microwave was burned up inside of it. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, we had to sign a paper saying we would not smoke, I want my money back!

The location was great where I was.

I didn,t know I had to leave a 100.00 deposit. The room I was in was hard to lock. I had to call someone to help with the door.

Option for a Smoking room. It is a fact people still smoke. Smokers are definitely discriminated against. Terrible trying to get a wheelchair outside to sit in the rain and smoke. Give us a balcony.Very grateful for the no hassle check-in.

Everything was great.

It was within reasonable distance to all the stores I needed to go to. The host/Front desk attendant(1st Shift) was very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with.I would stay again just off the strength of her hospitality(She had gray hair with braids)

Flight was not until 2PM Checkout was at 11:00AM Hotel staff did not allow me to wait in the lobby for an hour or so before traveling to CHS to catch flight.

The staff. Each member of the staff were friendly. A pleasure to deal with and easy to talk to. Very helpful.

No major complaint other then I did not like the hard wood floor and having no way to wipe off your feet. Getting in and out of the hotel was a pain but there is nothing the staff could do to fix that.
