Everything, the description said they had a restaurant, bar and fitness center. They had none, the place was unbelievably dirty, lights in the room didn't work and the TV had intermittent poor reception complained to PL and asked my bank to stop payment.

Oooplollvery unprofessional. They continued to extort me for numerous things over and over after I paid for my room and my deposit they charged me $20 actually $40 a day for 2 of my friends who ended up staying 3nights toilet was broke the whole time.

Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Free hot breakfast was so bad we decided to just stop at a fast food place and buy some.

Nothing the hotel is horrible!!!! I would not advise anyone to stay there. The manager is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful.?NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.. The hotel smell horrible like weed.. TO BE HONEST THE HOLD HOTEL NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED.

Horrible male manager, real jack___, rude and if you call to speak to a guest he will say he doesnt have time to do it, each and everytime, but the phones dont work in the room so that guest cant call out.

Clean rooms and facility. Polite staff.

Not clean. I cleaned blood off the outside of the bathroom door. Peeling paint. Crumbling floor around shower. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Generally disgusting. Cramped breakfast room. Way too expensive for gross accommodations.

Nothing about this motel was good, the staff was very rude, an even broke into my room when I wasn't there an damaged my property I have a police report for this as well, when I asked them to watch the cameras they got mad an kicked me out a refund.

Everything the staff was high on drugs not a good place to go at all it's no good.

After a 5hour drive I checked in at 8:15 expecting to shower and sleep but the shower was disgusting and I had to clean it myself

The bed was pretty comfortable and I was able to turn down the air to my preference.

Carpets seemed a little dirty in the room. The shower door had an opening causing water to puddle in the floor. The hallway was not vacuumed during our weekend stay. There were false eyelashes that stayed on the floor the entire weekend.

Cheaper is certainly not better. The rooms are dirty and out dated. The 2nd floor smelled of weed and garbage.

Convenient location

The staff was not friendly on check-in. There was no drinking water or vending machines so we drove out to grab bottles of water which was fine but then on entering the room, there were no towels, broken toilet paper holder and stains on the sheets.

My hotel room was not properly cleaned. There was trash on the floor and on the counter. the soap dish on the counter still had sticky residue on it, the residue was just covered up by the new package of soap.

Everything. It was dirty and nasty. The shower was dirty. The spread was dirty. There was nuts under the TV what ever that was. We slept in the chair. I want my --- back.
