Rooms were dirty - and I say rooms because we looked at 3 different ones. Bathrooms were disgusting. We couldn't stay because our entire party (3 of us) wouldn't stop itching when we were in the room - we even had red bumps on our body - we left early

This hotel was nicely located, easy on and off the freeway, and very clean. Staff was exceptional.

The size of the room....smallest room I have ever stayed in.

The beds. OMG it was like sleeping on a flat rock.

It was close to the base

No phone service disrupted service couldn't watch tv constant disturbances the whole time from children running stumping jumping over our heads

Location distance from the Fort Leonard Wood Military Base. Breakfast every morning...waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, sausage, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, water and ice machine.

I wish housekeeping wasn't a requested service.

Easy route to and from ft Leonard wood base. Staff was polite, helpful, and the Breakfast was a plus!

The rates. Although this is a nice hotel, the rates were just slightly less the higher end hotels in the area. I travel through and stay at this hotel 6 times a year and the rates have been reasonable. Not anymore

The staff was amazing. They made you feel welcomed and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking.

The only downfall was that you can hear the hallway noise inside the room very good. We had a pet so this wasn?t a good thing but we called the front desk the next morning and they got us moved to the 3rd floor which was a lot better.

Excellent customer service, clean facility, and super comfy beds! Also¿the free breakfast was amazing. Lots of yummy selections to choose from!

There wasn¿t anything I didn¿t like

The breakfast was good enjoyed all they offered.

The room was very small in comparison to other hotels I have used in the area, I did not when booking realize it¿s proximity to the highway and it was very noisy all night.

Quiet except for when air flight for life helicopters come in! Like the decor, breakfast was outstanding. Room amenities were well-appointed.

No pet waste bags outside where dogs were supposed to do their business. I always carry shopping bags but really should fill this dispenser as a matter of convenience to pet travelers.

Very clean and comfortable. Well lit outside for safety. Good breakfast!

The overall size of the room was way too small. Not enough counter space in the bathroom.

Very nice staff and great breakfast

There was a dog in a nearby room that was left unattended and barked and whined while its owners were away. Customers with pets should be reminded not to leave their animals -particularly dogs- unattended.

The desk clerk took about 15 to 20 minutes to issue a room card for she said the system ¿batched.¿ The was ok enough but it was scalding hot and not work second room was cool but could not control the AC. Place starting to go down hill over last two yea

Clean room comfortable bed

Ask for handicap they did not tell me the time that the reservation I made would not give me a handicap so I had to deal with a non-handicap room it was very small room

Staff were amazing during crazy winter storm power outages and frozen pipes in sun zero weather. They were super nice and very apologetic for issues outside of their control.

The staff was very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their jobs, cooking, cleaning and always wanting to help you if needed.

The 1 queen bed did not look like a queen at all. The room was two small. The toilet in bathroom had to be worked on constantly to work. The bathroom was too small.
