The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The one staff member we interacted with was nice. It's right by the airport and has a shuttle. The TV had enough choices for us to find some background noise while we re-packed our bags.

The woman at the front desk should not be in the hospitality business. Her attitude just stunk - unhelpful and snippy. Really poor experience with her and the shabbiness of the property was more than expected. Highly disappointing.

The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The one staff member we interacted with was nice. It's right by the airport and has a shuttle. The TV had enough choices for us to find some background noise while we re-packed our bags.

Our room was on the first floor and had sliding glass doors that opened directly onto the parking lot and I was able to park my car right outside the room to keep an eye on it, I was also able to come and go through this door.

The hotel was conveniently located and had a shuttle. The staff who was overwhelmed by last minute bookings due to weather related airport cancels was very professional despite some customers being negative or unforgiving due the sold out status
