Located in the heart of downtown Austin, JW Marriott features a luxurious, modern design throughout the property. Free Wifi for Marriott Bonvoy Members and a high-definition TV are provided in each room. Dine in the 3 elegant on-site restaurants or relax at the rooftop pool overlooking the city streets. Pros +
- The valet were extremely courteous. Top notch with fantastic service. Staff was very professional and helpful among others in the valey. Proximity to activities was perfect. Very clean hotel and rooms were stocked with good amenities.
- Location is great! Amenities (pool, lobby bar, 2 attached restaurants, burger bar outside) are olentiful!
- Convenient location, large room, nice pool and lobby, nice fitness center and 10/10 service.
Cons -
- The acoustics could've been better. I was on the 10th floor and heard everything from below on the street. Understandable the hotel can't control noise and music from outside but the noise made it somewhat difficult to sleep with sleep disrupted.
- Parking is $$$ and street parking is impossible. View from the pool good, but there are better options downtown Austin that aren¿t so crowded.
- I have no complaints about this hotel. It was excellent in every way.
