Hampton Inn St. Robert/Ft. Leonard Wood

I so appreciate your handicap rooms. We stayed in one that was not the last time we stayed with you and sure needed the other room. The bathroom is so much more helpful for both my husband and i. The higher toilet and bars are great.

The handicap room was great appreciate the shower chair and hand held shower. Also appreciate very much the extra blanket the comforter is so heavy for us and we enjoy the lighter blanket

Staff was very friendly. Had laundry available and work out area.

Breakfast was not great, but it seemed it was mostly due to Covid protocols

only that the remodeling was taking place and a red the daylights out of me on Monday morning, my last day there... woke me up real quick and I checked out a lil earlier than I had planned due to the noise. Other than that, will def be back for graduation

Hotel mgr not willing to figure out why they could not find our PAID reservation. Locked out of our room with our belongings in there and manager had a did not care attitude. Finally, a young female clerk remembered us from the day before and

We had a group staying in the hotel. The public visiting areas were comfortable and enjoyable to use.

Very convenient location to Ft. Leonard Wood for graduation.

Breakfast spread was not as nice as some other Hampton inns

We got a handicap room and were unaware until we walked in. That is fine if that's all that was available but wish we'd have known prior. The bathroom counter wasn't big enough but that's because its a handicap bathroom

The breakfast was great! I enjoyed the waffle and bagel especially. The beds and bathroom was very clean and comfortable to use. I liked that they provided a surplus of clean towels, tissue, and hygiene products.

It took a while to check in and use elevator, but that's okay.

Very clean and friendly staff!!! Newly remodeled and well ran hotel!!!
