Good breakfast with biscuits and gravy and other special things. 24/7 pool. Great location. Comfy enough beds.

We had small ants in our bathroom. And a beetle. The curtains covered the AC unit so I had to tuck those up into the window.

Lobby

Allowed huge dog in the breakfast food serving area. Staff also allowed the Large Animal to stay in dining area while last was eating. Carpets in rooms need replacement.

It had a nice atmosphere, the exterior was appealiing and the grounds were well kept.

There was a stain on my comforter.

Friendly staff

Rooms air conditioner noisy. Better cleaning ironing board was caked with dust. Iron was not clean- ruined my clothes. Painted walls uneven floor tiles broken or missing elevator needs good cleaning- could tell had not been cleaned throughly for sometime

We have stayed before. About a month ago. The location is great.

We are an older couple. We were put in a room with an adjoining door to a family with a crying baby and dog. Was woke up by the whining dog and crying child. Tried watching a movie before bed and the streaming service was awful.

Stayed 2 days, there was no maid service, which seemed s bit odd. I left at 7Am and returned at 7PM, so its not like the maids didnt have access.

Breakfast lady was a bit rude telling another customer. She knew we are out of eggs and it would be 5 min.!

Very clean and close to Fort Leonard Wood where we were going.

The beds were so hard my husband and I could not sleep. We asked for additional padding that helped some.

1st floor hallway had stained carpets and was was dirty and unappealing

The space is amazing room enough to be yourself without becoming trouble for others.

The breakfast can be cooked yet they delay only to save money. Other places in this location are doing hot food so shy the wait.

Our room never got it's daily cleaning - we always had to ask the desk for clean towels and garbage to be emptied.

Very nice. Night Clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Morning Clerk seemed to be having a bad day. Very solemn...borderline rude. The accommodations made up for her bad attitude. We will book here again.
