Clean, up to date furniture, bathroom was clean

No all was well

Staff was very polite

This may be more about the hotel industry in America than this one location- but it is totally run down. Basically a seedy motel with old beds, bad lighting, damaged doors and questionable people outside your room all night. Wyndham should be better.

Noisy people next room over bikes all over sidewalk I complained to staff she said they are not cops and they had no control over people hanging out. I will never stay there again

Older hotel. A/C was a little noisy.

Room door was open when I arrived. There were no towels in the room. No phone for contact to the desk

Nothing, do not stay here, the place is run down, trash everywhere, not maintained at all...

Area is run down, weird people walking around in all hours of night, trash everywhere you look. We had 3 people in the room and got 2 towels for 2 days. I asked twice for new ones, I was declined both times - they have no extra. Tub water didn't drain.

Booked king smoking and upon arrival was told none were ava! Offered to put me in a room where lock did not work properly! Ended with king non-smoking which was not what I originally booked.

I didn't chk in, the drug addicts hanging outside the entire place looks like a drug. House. I was asked for a additional deposit which was not noted I didn't feel safe s. Heretaying here so lost my money

The limited tv options, mirror screen not working, ice not on all floors, no lighting in courtyard, construction that looked paused in courtyard, no coffee...

The employees were very nice and attentive

I only with the remodeling was ready and the pool was clean

Oh yes. The fact that I had to climb stairs because they had no rooms cleaned up from ?the hurricane? on thd first floor, my room stunk of human urine, the dead bolt didn?t work on room door, etc.

The only saving grace was that the room was clean.

This hotel shouldn't even be open for business. The hotel is still in disrepair from the hurricane at the end of 2022. I completely understand the damage, but for it to not be fixed a year and a half later is beyond me.

the young front Desk girl who checked us in was amazing and kind

it's under a manor renovation and the few room they have open there not even trying to give people a great Stay here it is completely awful but besides that the front Desk Manager is a idiot he took 40. bucks out of my deposit

It was aweful, when we make the reservation they didnt told us that the hotel was in repair due to the hurricane, when we asked for the pool it was very dirty with animals in the water, the towels in the room were stained,

The front desk lady was nice.

Everything. The state of the room was horrible. It was moldy smelling, unidentified puddles of liquid in the room, the only light that worked was the bathroom area, it was just bad. It was a future crime scene, or was at some point.

This is a rundown building. The entire first floor is under construction. Two days after leaving I am stiLL waiting for my $100 deposit. The man at check out was rude and same when I called to inquire about my deposit refund.

Front desk did there best to help

There was poop and blood all over the bathroom the tv and walls i had to make several complaints and still had to clean the room myself to ensure my children wouldn¿t get sick i have several pictures as well.

Location was great for what we wanted to do.

1st floor rooms being renovated and old lobby still looked like it had not been touched since hurricane 1 year ago. Our second floor room had stains on all bedding, door had quarter inch gap with light underneath and some of our floor boards were missing.
