They didn’t serve what they promised. The booking indicated that breakfast was included, but at check-in I was told it is only offered on weekends. I recommend this be clearly stated on Booking.com to avoid confusion.

Good breakfast, clean room

Room too small for the price

It was very clean and the facilities are functional. Breakfast was very good!

The room lacked space, the soap had mint, so my body kind of burned. AC's buttons were not responding and it did not met the desired temperature set in the controller.

Good for a short stay only, staff were nice

The hotel put a no show for me even though I stayed the night there. Insects in the reception only.

Decent breakfast options.

- The rooms were smelling really bad. - There was no hot water in the shower. - The wifi was not secured- The tv did not work. - The pillows were very lumpy and smelled bad- The towels were stained and not smelling clean.- It was confusing to enter the parking and hotel as it's part of a big plaza - there could have been better instructions. We also didn't get a parking ticket at checkout, and had to go back to get it (luckily no one was behind us at the gate because we had to reverse, otherwise we would have had to pay for parking).

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.Convenient location next to a shopping mall.

Small area for breakfast, it was hard to get a table and chairs for a family group. One of our two rooms had a bad smell.

We had no choice but to choose this property only because after visiting 4 other hotels and was late at night. I knew better the pics the room will be small… it was way too small and super basic. Tiny bathroom not super clean. Bed sheets were clean but with a strong detergent smell..Not to mentioned breakfast…

The eggs were good, maybe need to have different kinds of fruits or crudities as option for breakfast as well.

There was only one person at the desk when we arrived .

Location and the staff was really helpful and friendly.

There was no natural ventilation in the room at all

Hotel appears new. It's OK, but everything is rather basic. However shower was very hot, air conditioning worked well and it was very clean. The Receptionist was most helpful. It's a long way from town centre and bus station, but near the coast and next to a large shopping mall which has food outlets.

Cheap fittings etc. More concerning was that of the two elevators one was not working. It was 50 kmph wind when I was there and if the other elevator didn't work the only way down from my room on 7th floor would be by outside metal stairs.
