The direction listed was wrong spent an hour finding the place. Our room was on the 4th floor. Elevator broke and no attempt to make things better even after asking.. Asked for an extra blanket was told only one per room.

Clean and nice hotel, next to many shops and restaurants. We had no problem with transport, despite the fact that we did not have a car during our stay.

We had to constantly request keys to be reprogrammed because they stopped working. Otherwise everything was fine.

There is no fridge and it is very hot there all the time, the receptions was rude , the breakfast is a joke

Booked it and checked off that I had a Pet. Arrived and they first said they had no more pet rooms available and tried to send me away. Then they changed there story and said only small pets are allowed. I told them their website doesn't say anything about limitations. I finally convinced them to let me stay only after arguing with them at the front desk for an hour and a half.

We have stayed here many times. Excellent location, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is also dog friendly.

There not good at communicating took to long to get a email back from them git into a accident tried calling and email with no success

the A/C system is quiet and works perfectly. Breakfast is ok too!

we have stayed here several times. Location is good, the rooms are well cleaned and the staff very helpful.

the only complaint is there is no ice available at this hotel. They really should have an ice machine. We had to walk to the nearest OXXO to buy ice!

it is a pretty “bare bones” hotel. Beds are quite hard.

very good value. our room was spotless. the desk staff very helpful. we had to change rooms due to construction noise. the young lady at the desk changed our rooms whenever we asked and even helped move our luggage. It is not the easiest place to find, even google maps had difficulty. we will definitely stay there again. the location was very convenient to restaurants. shopping mall across the road.

Location across from a large suburban mall and inside a smaller strip mall was ideal, easy to find and to leave from next day.

The fact that they charge you $280 per pets and per night. Super expensive for a petfriendly supposed hotel.The staff is not very friendly.The hotel is old and looks like a hospital inside ( you can smell chlorine everywhere).
