- Location was amazing food was awesome.
- The staff really make this hotel! the beach waitress, our butlers waiter at Gaucho. The grounds are beautiful and carts make the whole complex easy to navigate.
- Service staff and experience for the price
Cons -
- Jacuzzi was infested with ants.
- We had more difficulty trying to make restaurant reservations this year.
- Leaving and some small things like dinner reservations and rooms need a touch up
